If a little higher level eatery is what you crave, there's Kumo Sushi, Stone's Cove, Kitbar plus a plethora of Italian, Indian and Asian restaurants as well. And a quick drive gets you access to all that Reston Town Center offers.

Didn't have any problems at my old apartment decided to move into discovery square as a "step up". Unfortunately all I gained myself were new problems.
To begin with, their online payment portal is terrible, one month it will charge you extra, the next month it will forget to charge you, It cancels any monthly auto payments. Office will not help in any way. There is no way to circumvent this, as they won't even take a checks or any other form of payment.
I've never had a good experience with anyone at the office, they're hostile and not looking to help in anyway. theyre only objective is to dispatch

I have been here for about 8 months now and I don’t really have any complaints. I work remotely so I’m pretty much in the apartment all the time. I’ve never really asked the office staff directly for any help so I can’t give any feedback on that. But the maintenance staff is super quick and helpful when you put in requests. The appliances are updated and the overall feel of the apartment is clean. You are required to have valet trash which can make the hallway stinky but you’re not really hanging out there a lot. If you want to move into this apartment, DONT!! I had lived here for 2 years and in those 2 years I had never gotten a reply to my email in the first attempt. The staff is horrible! The management does not reply to any of the questions you may have or are not knowledgeable enough to answers them. It usually took me 2 weeks before the management could resolve my questions.
I loved my apartment but the only reason I chose to move out is because of the staff. At times, it felt like the staff was discriminating. You are not allowed to go into the office and ask questions. You have to send a email

I’ve lived in this apartment for almost two years now, initially it was fine and a step up from my old apartment. I have had quite a few problems since then. I’ve had my ac break about a dozen times since I moved in. One issue with this is they will not let you change the ac filter on your own, they have scheduled maintenance to do this. But they don’t always do it on time or the filter won’t last that long and they have the ac programed to just turn off if the filter gets old. This last time my ac was broken for about 2 weeks in the middle of the summer from a Freon leak, it was 90+ degree

I was wowed by the staff before I even signed the lease! Been living here for almost 6 months and so happy I made the move. The community manager, Mrs. Mills and her staff made me feel welcomed from day one and really helped to make my move as smooth as possible. The maintenance staff is also so helpful and fast!

If you enjoy your peace and quiet even a little bit I wouldn't recommend moving here. I have been living here for the past 11 months and I don't have any roommates however I live with the people above me. All I hear all day is kids running back and forth and kids screaming. I even had my pictures fall off the wall from them running. With numerous complaints to the leasing office nothing was ever done. The floors are paper thin, you will hear every step above. Good luck!

The management at DSQ do their best to resolve any and all concerns of residents of the building. Two staff members have left since I moved in, so there has been some turnover. Regardless, I always found my interactions with the staff to be amiable and pleasant. During the COVID-19 crisis, they did their best to mitigate the spread of the disease while still opening community facilities when they could. Opening the pool during the summer was a huge plus. Even though it required leaving every 2 hours so they could sanitize, I was ecstatic to have access to a pool while many of

Discovery Square is a really great place to live. The community looks really nice and feels safe. The staff are all incredibly helpful and courteous. I had no problems coordinating with movers and getting all of my questions answered quickly! The maintenance staff was also very responsive!
