Casa Mia Latin Cuisine
Growing up, I saw the passion and dedication of my parents Osmin Sr. and Reina Sariles for the restaurant industry. It was the first authentic Salvadorian Cuisine in the DFW metroplex where they owned and operated for over twenty-five years. Since then Osmin Sr. has retired and Rincon Latino is enjoying different management.

But the Sariles story doesn't end there. After their success, Osmin Jr. helped expand the flagship restaurant into two additional sister restaurants. The success story continues today with the opening of Casa Mia Latin Cuisine.
Services
The Young Married Couple Osmin and Alma Sariles founded Casa Mia Latin Cuisine and is currently managed the restaurant. Osmin and Alma are two creative entrepreneurs, accomplished businessmen, strong team builders, customer relations gurus, and who, most importantly, have a passion for authentic Latin cuisine!
Pan Seared tilapia topped with velvety white butter wine sauce served with three sauteed shrimp. Three crispy corn tortillas shells loaded with ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese served with Spanish rice and beans. Three grilled skirt steak tacos served with Spanish rice, beans, guacamole and pico de gallo.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Not only are the pupusas INSANE, but this tucked away spot has the cutest bar set up. They should bottle that salsa and put it on shelves. The staff is so nice. But, most importantly, when I got home from getting my to go order, I realized I didn't have the dessert I ordered. I called Casa Mia and the employee IMMEDIATELY offered to bring the dessert to me or to refund the charge for the cake. 15 minutes later, it was at my door. Talk about customer service! If you are looking for good quality, authentic latin american food, LOOK NO FURTHER! Run, don't walk

A 10/10 on taste and quality. It’s a nice small restaurant with not a lot of decorations but has very neat and clean ambience. Ordered Veggie enchiladas with their salsa-de-Verde is worth trying!! Veggie includes zucchini, squash, carrots and mushrooms.
Chicken enchilada was delicious too.
Topped the delicious meal with chocolate tresleche cake! Definitely must order desert!

We come here religiously. The food is UHMAZING. Like authentic Hispanic food amazing. I don't like eating Hispanic food if it's not at home but this place really hits the spot. I love that their menu is expansive and they have it organized by type of food. Whether you're craving authentic Salvadorian food that day, Tex mex, or traditional Mexican it's all here!!
The beans and salsa to start off, i always need refills they are delicious.
I usually get the FLAUTAS, or the CHILE RELLENO, husband always gets the Steak and i steal his FRIED PLANTAINS.
Small place but The owner

The refried beans were a bit different, I didn't like the way they tasted. Everything else was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back.

Casa Mia was really really good, service to the food, the ambiance to the drinks, all of it was super good. The nachos were warm when served, the salsa had the right heat and spice to it and the bean dip was warm and good. The food - to start with the chilli relleno was super good and unique. The base was a tomato sauce layered with skirt steak, topped with cheese stuffed battered chili and then a blob of sour cream. The meat was tender and flavourful. The chicken topped shrimp was very good. Chimichanga were good and finally the fajitas were heavenly. Overall a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating..

You can get frozen margaritas to go as well. They are a small business, which I love supporting! Highly recommend.

We decided to try something new based on Beat Yelp reviews for restaurants near me. I'm so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious! The salsa at a restaurant will make or break it for us and the salsa here was fabulous. The perfect combination of flavor and spice. We had the fried Yucca (wow!). The tilapia in the white wine/butter sauce was crazy good! Another aspect that added to the experience was the owner, Oz. He was so nice and friendly explaining Salvadorian cuisine and the history of the restaurant. We will definitely return.

After my daughter graduated from HS during the ceremony at The Ford Center (Cowboy's Star...or whatever it is called these days) in Frisco, we wanted a quick bite to eat away from all the graduation chaos. We pulled up a menu for Casa Mia and noticed they offered vegan and vegetarian options in addition to standard meat-eaters fare which would accommodate everyone in our party. Only a mile from The Ford Center, the location was a perfect family meeting spot.
We were greeted immediately, our waiter (a young man in training that was so polite and professional), and waitress were excellent. She

Overall it is good. They don't seem to have lunch menu options. It is same as their dinner menu. Their fish taco is okay but I won't have it again as I had a better one at some other places.

The top shelf margarita alone warrants a five star rating. It was small but flavorful. Packed a punch also. The Plantanos Frita or Fried Plantains were absolutely delicious. My relleno was unique with the little micro greens but it was fantastic. Beans and rice decent. The bean dip with the chips is really good. Fantastic service. I'll be back.

The place has a very nice ambiance and I wish I could've eaten inside. It was small and with COVID , I decided to-go was a better option. They did say they would have patio seating within the next two weeks. I got the shrimp tacos and they were absolutely delicious. Every bite. Yum. Fresh ingredients. The gauc was very good too. Also got a Tres Leches cheesecake. Very yum!

Wish I could have given 5 stars but...

First let me say that the food was excellent and we are excited to find a new place to us with excellent ceviche. The owner Ozzy was very courteous and friendly and Elena the server was efficient.

Now, for the reason I didn't give them 5 stars. We ordered drinks and were told it was "happy hour" and we ordered 3 skinny margaritas, assuming all had happy hour pricing. What she didn't say was that only the frozen margarita was on happy hour. I ordered a Paloma and a tequila Old Fashion afterwards. I made no specifics on the Paloma, and

So, 295 5-star reviews brought us in. Our expectations were high but reasonable as we like new places. The margaritas, frozen and rocks, are more cheap pixie-stick sweet than tart. This was disappointing.

They brought chips and salsa, only after we asked, and they brought promising bean purée. Yeah! But then, there was no flavor. Zero. We believe they forgot a bit of salt. And, the chips were on the stale side.

We decided to try the small queso...it arrived and was more melted-cheez-whiz than queso.

The beer was cold.

The wait person offered a special hot salsa and we had to ask a second

Awesome food. Loved the pupusas. Unfortunately they had run out of tamales, so we ordered chicken flautas. They were the best flautas I've ever had!
We had a lift of 4 flavors of margaritas - mango, sangria, plain lime, & strawberry.
The owner came over & introduced himself & told us the story behind the restaurant.

Found this place via the Yelp app when looking for a new lunch spot for me and my co-workers. It's nestled in one of the newer strip centers in The Colony, and isn't super fancy, but they do have some good food at decent prices.

The ubiquitous chips and salsa are particularly tasty here, with the former being fried to a nice, deep golden brown (albeit light on salt, which may be a feature to some), and the latter having a good, fresh flavor and a nice heat.

One one visit, my three enchilada platter was fairly good; the ground beef and chicken enchiladas were very tasty and all three

I cannot express enough how much I loved this place!!!!!
I planned my birthday dinner here with 20 of my near and dear. I was kind of nervous because when I arrived, the restaurant was pretty busy and even though our reservation was blocked off, I wasn't sure if it would be enough space.
The restaurant was quick, proactive, and got every person that came in, seated.
The staff was very friendly- drinks were constantly refilled, the food was delicious. It was so good; the moment I saw the food, I didn't even take a photo. I dove right in! We ordered fajitas for two. The meat was very

The food was very good, but the Gallo Pinto needs a little more work in order to make it perfect and the tamales could use a little more flavor, but good overall. Please let the customers know you charge for refills on Tamarindo. I will be back, recommended.
