Services
1. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Due to heavy volume, peak season and Holidays some cabins may not be ready by Check-in time. If reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, you will be refunded your deposit minus your Reservation Fee Plus Tax. If you change reservations to a different cabin a $25 change fee will be applied.
Cove Mountain RV Park is up and going! This location offers 41 spacious sites with 2 year round creeks and Great views of Cove Mountain and Round Top Mountain. We offer Long Term and Nightly site rentals Year Round. Full Hook-up with 30/50 amp service, DirecTV, City Water, and Sewer. Please contact us for Reservations or any questions 865-429-5577.

Booked thru VRBO. Everything was as easy as could be. Maintenance issue was resolved same day and the maintenance guy was super nice. Went to the pool up the road, Honeysuckle Meadows. Pool there is clean and excellent food at good prices. The house was clean and well kept. Soooooo much wildlife out there, so watch the littles but that was a great experience too.

It is nearly 2 months after staying here and I keep getting emails to leave a review--ugh! We stayed in "A Piece of Heaven II." I was specifically wanting a cabin with a hot tub. The day I was arriving I got a phone call from the rental person telling me that the hot tub was not working correctly and they were going to be fixing it. I assumed that meant it would be fixed quickly and that I would be able to use it for at least part of my week long stay. No. Fortunately, the property had a huge garden tub with jets as well, so I was able to use that for my chronic back problems. Cove Mountain's policy

Great cabin! The views were spectacular! Cabin was clean and enough room and seating for our family of six. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Bedrooms were nice and we loved the downstairs play area and den! We had a good time and made lots of memories. It had snowed so that was beautiful to see looking out and viewing from the magnificent decks!! Snow melted next day and we never seen any wildlife!

This was my 4th stay in the area. I have stayed in many different cabins with beautiful views, this is just another one. However, I will not be returning to this airbnb nor will I recommend it to anyone.
1. Check in is at 3 pm, upon check in the rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were dirty, the living and dining room were not clean. If there is a delay the expectation is to inform your guests so they are aware to hold off on coming by for a bit.
2. Lack of communication from the host to the above and among other things.
3. **** 15 mins after check in 2 people walked in without knocking, waiting

I have used Cove Mountain twice and the first time was great. I stayed at Moonlight Magic and we had a great stay. The cabin was very clean and you could tell the owners cared about the guest. The second stay (Absolute Heaven) in a different cabin was a very different story. It was not clean and very outdated. We left a review on the companies website, but that review was never posted (I guess because it was not a positive review.) Then I noticed there were only positive reviews on most of the cabins on the Cove Mountain site. Still to this day 3 months later it is not posted and they still only

The cabin was gorgeous. We stayed in a Dreams View (November 23-26). It could certainly use a little TLC. The living room television was very dated, fuzzy and jumped around with poor color. The basement furniture and carpet were all in need of being replaced. The furniture was missing pieces of the fake leather and was dirty. The carpet was falling apart and coming unwound and was very dirty too. Unfortunately, I am unsure if the cabin had even been cleaned between guests or possibly just spruced up quickly replacing the towels and putting a paper was put on the toilets? There was food on the kitchen

Our stay with Cove Mountain Realty ( in Wears Valley) was great.We were there for our granddaughters wedding. We called and asked if they could find us a place close to the cabin where she was getting married. The cabin they found us was within 5 minutes of hers.Worked out great.Plus the 2 bedroom cabin was beautiful. Could not have been more pleased. Was secluded and private.Cabin was very clean.Enjoyed sitting on deck at night.Would recommend Cove Mountain to anyone. Thank you Cove Mountain Realty.

We are repeat customers to Cove Mountain realtors, but most likely will not rent from them again. The cabin we stayed in "4Bears Barn" had the tiniest showers known to man, and the reality company was not forthcoming with that information. I have seen campers with larger showers. On our second day there, our AC unit stopped working, now mind you, it is in the high 80's this time if year. They sent someone to check it out, but they said they were unable to work on it "because we left it on" and it was frozen over. I wasn't aware that we should be turning off an AC unit

My husband and I rented a cabin earlier this year for our vacation July 13th thru the 20th. Cove Mountain Realty decided to call me on the 9th of July and inform me that the cabin we had picked MONTHS ago was sold and we no longer had a place to stay. This is after we had already paid the company in FULL for that cabin. The lady said she had two cabins for me to choose from so that they can accommodate us. I called her back a couple hours lady, after I had informed her that my husband works midnights and would not be able till later. She said that was fine. Well, I called back, told her the cabin

Cove Mountain Realty is by far the best rental company I've used when looking for a cabin in the Smokey Mountain area. They are very professional and quick to respond to any questions or issues. I will be using them again in the future.

We rented a cabin from Cove Mountain Realty for the weekend in the Smoky Mountains. The staff were incredibly helpful, both in making the reservations and also in recommending hiking trails and restaurants in the area. The cabin we stayed in was not too far from the office and had a great view of the valley below. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The only exception was both of the wine openers in the cabin were broke. We bought a cheap one from a local winery and left it behind for the next group.
The area was beautiful, be sure to take Lyon Springs Rd to the National
