Southeast Med-Spa is a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Owned and operated by Angel Turlington, RN, NP. Angel specializes in injectables and has advance certifications in both neurotoxins (like Botox) and fillers (like Restylane and Juvederm). As a practitioner, she will listen to your concerns and make suggestions that will result in a more natural, youthful appearance.
Angel has been a Registered Nurse in women's healthcare since 1996. Angel is a graduate of East Carolina School of Nursing and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She continued her post-graduate training earning her certificate as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP). Angel is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging as well as the International Association of providers in Aesthetic Medicine.
We take pride in continuing our education. Part of operating with integrity, is ensuring our staff is skilled and trained at reputable educational facilities and that our practice follows the rules and regulations of their regulatory body. Our ranking puts us in the TOP 3% nationwide. This is such a huge accomplishment but we could not do it without the best clients out there.

Just want to start off by saying the women in this facility are really sweet and friendly. Giving 2 stars because the quality of they're products are lacking. I've been going here for over 5 years. And it had been 3 years since my last visit. I've never had an issue until I went for a Botox treatment and I feel like I got some watered down product or something. At first I just thought it was me because it didn't work. (It's been three years since my last Botox and I've only ever done it 2 times before that so it's not like I've built some huge immunity to it). Then I talked to several other people

Angel and her team are compassionate, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen as they design an individualized plan to support your skincare goals. Love the ladies in the office. They made me feel at home right away, more like friends would welcoming you into their home. They also set and manage very realistic expectations while guiding you through the process. The staff is educated and experienced in all the latest trends and technology. Everyone I have talked with is fabulous. I've been many places for Botox over the years, but Jessica at Southeast Med Spa is by far is my favorite and the one I continue to go back to consistently. I feel like I get the best results with the least amount of product. She also has great suggestions and recommendations. They have great specials running from time to time throughout the year as well.

I recently received my first spa services at Southeast Med-spa and Wellness Center in Clayton. The staff was courteous and very professional. Ashley provided a thorough description of the micro-blading procedure and made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. She reminded me multiple times that if I wanted any additional sessions to get my brows exactly the way I wanted them that I could schedule a follow-up appointment at no additional charge. I highly recommend Southeast Med-spa and Wellness Center to anyone wanting to enhance their appearance.

Everyone here is so friendly and professional. Angel, Jessica, Ashley, Tara, Janet and there are more! I love this staff and the way they treat me every time I am in their spa. They make it all about me and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Everyone speaks to me as they do to everyone and you can tell they are all sincere and passionate about their job which doesn't even come across as a job to them. The best in the world!!! If you have not visited Southeast you are definitely missing out!!! I use to go to some places in Raleigh - Big names and I am happier with my injections, Southeast cleanliness, their nurses are "easy injectors". Ashley was amazing. I was unsure about the procedure I was having done but Ashley walked me through every step and made me completely understand what to expect. She was patient and understanding and listed to questions and feedback. I have been to Southeast Med Spa several times for different things and have had a great experience with everyone in the office.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Lauren, who is doing my treatments, is so sweet and accommodating. The sessions never feel awkward, and she is always willing to answer all my questions. (Which is a great thing, because I always have so many) I would recommend her and this med spa to anyone! Also, their office itself is gorgeous and very clean! Such a great place.

So glad to have a Med-Spa so close to home here in Clayton! After my first visit I was definitely impressed and will be coming here again in the future. I don't know what their previous office looked like but this office is beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing for sure! The staff greeted me right away and after filling the paperwork out I was attended to right away. There were no pushy sales tactics for other services or products I did not need which I really liked. Nothing turns me away more than being cornered into buying a product or service I never even inquired about. Can't wait

I called to book an appointment for laser treatment to remove sunspots that I developed over the summer. At my appointment with Lauren, she provided a very educational consultation and explained that my discoloration was actually melesma and not sun damage persay. She advised against the laser that I initially wanted and provided me with serveral treatment options (different price points) geared towards melesma. I had my first clear and brilliant appointment and it has proven to be the best decision I've made so far I think. It's been 3 days and my face looks amazing already. The redness went away in about a day and I'm still experiencing the rough skin texture which Lauren told me would be there. Im nourishing my skin with my products and giving it extra love during this process. Right now my skin is gorgeous. I woke up this morning and it has never been brighter, even, clear, and flawless. I couldn't believe it made such a difference. Will definitely be doing this again!

I can't say enough about the awesome staff at Southeast Med-Spa and Wellness Center in Clayton, NC. I love this MedSpa. The front office staff is kind and courteous and I am always greeted with a welcoming smile. I see Ashley most often for microneedling and dermaplane and she is exceptional! I have also had lasers with Angel and she has a wonderful bedside manner and possesses a thorough knowledge of the aesthetic business in general. I can't say enough amazing things about this place!!! Everyone in the office is so friendly and professional. I have had med spa services from Angel and a few of the other staff, and they are always very helpful. They really take the time to listen and educate you on their products and services. I've been to other places that rush me, or try to push services on me. However at Southeast med spa , they take the time to listen to their clients and their wants and needs. I live a good distance from there but I'm always willing to drive for the exceptional customer service and highly skilled staff members
