In 2015, Garrett White and Kyle King began looking into the benefits of cryotherapy. After experiencing it themselves, they knew that it had to be offered to the entire community. I did my own research about the benefits of their services before going in. I let them know what I was interested and was explained the health benefits that come with each service. Each service had benefits that applied to my situation. I have been able to recover faster from workouts, have better mental clarity, keep my autoimmune issues in check and decrease inflammation and avoid going on heavy duty medications for my arthritis among other things.

What a fun way to help the body deal with pain and inflammation! Garrett is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly ! My 3 minutes in the cryo chamber went by so fast I wasn’t too miserably cold. I followed with the NormaTec compression. Amazeballs!!! The Freeze and Squeeze is my new fav!!! Please give this place a try... you won’t regret it💜

I was referred to CryoNC after being involved in a car accident. I had a lot of pain and inflammation in my body as a result from the accident, and I am happy to share with you that I experienced the benefits of Cryotherapy from my very first visit. Garrett, Casandra and Courtney are part of the great staff CryoNC has. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. If you suffer from pain or inflammation, I highly recommend you trying Cryotherapy since its benefits go beyond what an ice pack can do, and the results last longer.

CryoNC is an excellent place to get your body recovered so you can perform at 100%. I have noticed a tremendous difference in my recovery since I have started cryotherapy as well as compression therapy. The facility is always clean and the staff extremely courteous and professional. They have have a great scheduling system online that allows you to book all your sessions in advance. I recommend anyone doing any kind of sport to try it.

OMG! I love this facility. The staff is amazing. Cassandra was very patient to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. It’s clean, neat and has a cozy atmosphere. As a disabled veteran, feeling safe is very important to me. And they make me feel safe and cared for. The prices are really reasonable. And I’ve had to cryo therapy sessions and I feel amazing.

CryoNC is my absolute favorite for cryotherapy! They are always super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in what they do. If you aren’t familiar, I highly recommend researching the benefits of cryo because there are so many! I always feel like a new person after a session. I also won a Brazilian butt-lift session through a raffle they held. This alternative to invasive surgery is great! No pain and no recovery time. Honestly it was just as relaxing as a massage if you ask me. If you’re considering cryotherapy, just do it. They have a great intro package and it’s 100% worth it!
