Services
Gluten-free food is recommended if you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, a condition that doctors once dismissed but now recognize as legitimate. Eating a gluten-free diet helps people with celiac disease control their signs and symptoms and prevent complications. Following a gluten-free diet may be frustrating.

Quality of the groceries are great and unlike other online Indian grocery services, one does not have to buy $50 worth groceries. Prices are mostly right, not very high. That being said most of the groceries are out of stock and I have not seen being replenished in long long time.
I have paid premium price for the groceries to be delivered and I will get the text that it’s being delivered at later time and the only way to contact them is an email. I had to find several other ways to get my groceries delivered on time. They did deliver but I should not be going through this hassle. And twice

Do not go by the positive reviews. Read the negative ones which are actually true. With every delivery I have ordered in the past few months, their professionalism standards continue to fall. Drivers are always late, rude and find every reason to not deliver the products. Customer service representative and the mirchi team takes it to the next level by blaming the customer for everything that goes wrong with a delivery. Be it delayed delivery, failed delivery, the driver dropping off the package outside of a different apartment, poor packaging, expired items, damaged items and the list goes on

This is the last time I used them for delivery. Every time I have to reach out to them via email to confirm the delivery time. Today my delivery window was 4 pm to 7 pm - I paid extra for the window - the groceries were never delivered - nor is there any way to contact them and ask them the status. The contact number listed on google never works. That’s it never ordering from here again!

Would not recommend them if you're having items delivered; lack of communication is an issue.
1:45 AM is not when most people want groceries delivered - including me.
If you're having delivery issues, that needs to be communicated to the customer proactively rather than them having to call after you missed your delivery times 3 times, only to be told that you're at the "bottom of their list."

We ordered groceries day before delivery and it said they would deliver sometime between 6-10pm. I received a text on the day of delivery saying the groceries would be delivered between 11:25pm-12:25am. I received another text saying it will be delivered at 12:55am. I have never heard of a delivery company delivering this late. What is the point of ordering online if we have to stay up until after midnight to collect the groceries? What is the point of giving us a 4 hour window when you order? I would rather go to the grocery store and get the products myself.

I was baffled when I saw that 50% of the items were either missing or were wrong products however when I reached out to the support team, they were very quick to respond and informed that couple of items were packed inside the thermal wrapper which I thought was the ice-bag and I threw them so had to rush to the trash :)
Anyhow, they said they'll issue the refund for incorrect items so everything is sorted. So from one star to three stars this time just because Dev from customer success team was awesome in responding on time. THANKYOU...
