He attended Wichita Public Schools and graduated from Wichita Heights High School. Homer met Bernadine in 1987 at a friends house across the street from her parents home. He would follow her all over the house saying, "you got some meat on you", and wanted her phone number. The were soon married and to this union a son was born, Eric Eugene.

I trusted this funeral service as she (Gwin) was referred by family. I purchased a family car for $450.00. The car did not arrive on time, when I called to see why they were late, I was told the limo driver had to help unload the hearse and he was on his way. We got there at 10:00am, in time to line up with the family to walk in. We missed my dad's visitation from 9:00 - 10:00 am. This is time I will never get back. When I called Gwin to discuss it she refused to speak with me and blocked my number.....SAD
