My father passed away two weeks ago and my mom directed me to call Cedar Crest. I was impressed right away. They had missed my call but called back immediately and apologized for missing my call and gave me a cell number so I would never not reach someone. This is the first funeral I have had to plan and they helped me with every step via email and text as well as phone. I was never alone in the process and they were so very patient. We did a very simple memorial service and they helped make it so beautiful. I highly recommend this place. The price was exceptional as well and they were there
