Ernest has been my auto insurance agent for few years. Then I consolidated it with the homeowner’s insurance, and it gave me the best deal. His professional knowledge, responsiveness to questions, sense of humor brings all of this to the next level. When communicating with him you feel that you are talking to old time buddy and at the same time he keeps it to the point and gets the things done.

Ernest and his staff are truly a blessing to my entire family. We were friends with the late Manny Castro and out of respect and admiration of him we kept the same agents that our previous policies were transferred to.

I contacted the Ernest Walker agency to add another automobile to my policy. I had the pleasure of talking and working with his associate Lyneth Garcia. Lyneth was very knowledgeable, pleasant and detailed explaining all options. All of the information needed was obtained over the phone resulting with an insurance card being sent to my personal email address at the end of our call. Ernest and Cassandra are outstanding insurance professionals. They are attentive and responsive. Since moving to Florida 2 years ago I have moved all my insurance business to them and in addition to doing a great job, they have saved me a lot of money. Just like family! Ernest and his entire team are exceptional - honest, reputable, and straight-forward. They are always looking out for my best interest by finding great rates and discounts. Billing statements come through my email to notify me in advance and I never have to worry. I have never had a better customer service (especially when it comes to insurance) experience before. Highly recommended! Also, we just had a tire blow out on the expressway last week - the State Farm app is beyond excellent. The tow truck driver even went out of his way to help my situation, again, it was like family
