We’ve used Mike with Dreamscape’s Irrigation every time we have irrigation or sprinkler issues. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. He fixed our sprinklers and also adjusted our automatic sprinkler system with recommended watering times. Also learned that he does landscape lighting.

Very rude, unresponsive and not worth their time. Emailed for an estimate, no response. Called 2.5 weeks later to request an estimate for install, was told he doesn't check his email because it's his personal email and everything goes to junk. I suggested he put that on his website or change it to a professional email so he actually receives inquiries and customers aren't left hanging. He told me to call him back with my details and he'd get back to me. Obviously if this is how things go, he doesn't understand how word of mouth works and he's going to lose a good amount of business.

100% Recommend!! Had an residential well installed for irrigation. Had a bad experience with a previous company that these guys CRUSHED it (previous guys said my yard was dry....). 10 days from phone call to finish. No huge deposit, more pay as you go, which I loved. High quality work. Didnt destroy my sod, only what they had to. Respected and took care of my yard and property. Very responsive on phone calls and permits, etc. Cant say enough about these guys. Very professional.

My only interaction with Mike so far was a return call and an at-home evaluation for service, but I wanted to leave a review because I was very impressed with his quick response. He called me back quickly, was to the point, I felt like he listened/understood me, and was just generally nice/professional. I asked when he could come out to look at my system, and he said he was booked out two weeks, but when he asked my location, he was only a few minutes away, so he came by anyway, and I got a same day evaluation, which was just amazing, and I really appreciated it.
