I've had Tom out to my house a number of times in the 22 years I've owned my home and he's always terrific. I have a one-acre property with lots of tree roots and an elaborate irrigation system and he's always able to fix everything quickly and thoroughly. He's one of those contractors I recommend to everyone. For years I thought he had a fleet of trucks since his big A-1 truck seems to be everywhere but it's just him and one truck (unless he's expanded in recent years!) I highly recommend A-1.

A1 Irrigation did a GREAT job on our yard yesterday 8/25/21!!
We had some concern about having a few sprinkler heads added to our yard because we did not want our grass destroyed. They took great care to keep our grass intact and replaced the pieces dug up such that you cannot tell that work was ever done.
Although you may have to wait a little while to get the requested work done, it is worth it. They are BUSY because they do excellent work!

I needed a small repair on a drip Line. Doug was so kind to suggest that my best bet was to contact his local drip line supplier to find a good person to repair my existing drip line because A-1 did not specialize in drip lines. He was so polite and helpful and because of him I will now have my drip line repaired. What a helpful honest company!

Tom and his assistant came out this morning and got my sprinkler system up and running again in no time. Each zone had issues and Tom quickly diagnosed and corrected each problem. I have used A-1 for years. It might take a day or two to hear back from Tom when I leave a message, but he always responds. I find Tom to be knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and frankly honest about what he finds.

A-1 used to be one of the best but the old man retired. The new owner Tom is rude and does not complete the job all the way. I also had to wait 2 weeks for him to show up. He fixed the easy things but told me he didn't have time to fix the big issue- pipe broke. He also charges labor for 2 men instead of one flat rate per hour. His sidekick is a kid. I had to hire another company to fix what he would not. He told me he had many more calls for the day. He basically doesn't know how to manage his bookings and the customer pays for that. He also charges a lot more than market for new heads

Been in house 30 years, have used several sprinkler companies. About 3 years ago I had a mess, and tried A1. Tom and these guys are as good as it gets!!!! Always on time, eager to explain issues, and always feel the pricing is fare. I can't recommend enough the level of satisfaction you can expect!!!

I had a problem where some of my zones were not firing in my irrigation system. I had replaced the timer and reprogrammed it a few times trying to fix the issue to no avail. The guys from A-1 had it fixed in about 10 minutes. The problem was that I had mis-programmed the timer and not allocated minutes for the other zones as I had in Zone 1. You would think as a computer engineer, I would have caught that glaring issue. Oh well. Suffice it to say they nailed the issue in a few minutes and had me back up and running. When I asked what the cost for the service was? They barely asked for enough money

We have used A1 Irrigation for well over 5 years now, he recommended and installed a system in our back yard and upgraded the existing heads and lines in the front. Anytime we've had an issue with the pump, lines or heads he and his crew are here to repair, on time and when promised. Based upon that knowledge he can give you fair and honest bids; he has been there, seen it, and done it. He works side by side with his crew and makes sure that the job is done right. The crew works extremely hard and are very professional with how they treat your property and plants. The crew also has a great deal of experience which means they know what to do when issues arise. This all makes for a very fast, efficient instillation / repair of you system
