We had several issues with our pump after installation. Rich sent someone out immediately several times as we were trying to diagnose the problem. When no solution was found he replaced our pump with a new one without me even asking. I'm sure this wasn't good for his P&L, but he has earned a customer for life. I believe we see any company for who they really are when something goes wrong. Highly recommend.

We had our house painted & the outside valves were broken by the painters. They said they fixed it but apparently left the reclaimed water shut off. Rich showed up that day & turned the water back on which showed a bad leak in the "repaired" valves our painting crew left. He fixed it right away & even added a shutoff valve, all for an incredibly affordable rate.

Excellent family owned business Rich was there when the work was scheduled and then put in Wells at two of my properties! Bonus that his two sons & Antonio were all wonderfully friendly, listened to a few of my concerns (with work that others had done on the property) fixed areas where some sprinkler heads had stopped working and then took the time to really show me how to use my sprinkler system (that another company put in and never even walked me though it!). His son then walking through all the options for my system and even helped me out with watering days based on my address! .. I now have

Rich and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They came out quickly, gave me an estimate for digging wells, installing a pump with a timer and a drip system. When my landscapers got behind, Rich was very accommodating and flexible with their schedule, and worked around our needs. They came to the job when they said the would and charged what the said they would. Everything is in, works great, and I no longer have to water with City water! Thank you Sprinklers by Rich.

Made a mistake by calling two other sprinkler repair services which their repair only lasted few days then problem reoccurred. No refund on what I paid them. Decided to try Sprinklers by Rich. Came day after I called at time he said. He immediately found problem and made repairs. Has been 3 years and no more problems. I keep his number handy and refer my neighbors & friends.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS! I was doing a paver driveway at my home in Belleair Beach and had the need for some underground irrigation pipes put in. I called (by Mistake ) Sprinklers by Rich he sent out a bunch of Bafoons that totally destroyed my existing irrigation system. I wished i had NEVER CALLED them. Very unprofessional Not very smart. Do youself a Favor DONT call this company even if you just need a garden hose attched. I wish i could give ZERO Stars to these idiots.

A great local, family owned business. I initially contacted this firm for a well pump repair and was very pleased how quickly they responded. I then decided to have a sprinkler system installed. From the initial step of determining exactly where I wanted watered, (as my yard has little grass but, many planted areas) to the installation and going over the system, I was very impressed! Very competitive pricing also. Great service and I am very happy with my sprinkler system. Highly recommend.

Fast response, polite team and great results. We were given Rich’s contact info after we had our yard re-landscaped with all new sod. Our existing irrigation, which was installed 3 years ago by another company was giving us nothing but problems. (Only 3 wells were drilled and not deep enough to pull an adequate water amount). Rich had his guy over the next day to give us an estimate then had a team over the next business day to install 4 new wells. BEWARE of his false claims about the unit he installs being "worth" a certain amount, its a complete and total lie. Retail prices from the manufacturer are typically on the higher end of the spectrum for cost, but Rich feels he needs to exceed that by 60% to "make a profit".

It's really a shame since I see great reviews listed about the services provided but I'm not confident they have the best staff to represent their company. This morning I was almost ran off the side of the highway while trying to merge lanes. They then proceeded to gesture their middle finger towards me. Mind you all this behavior happen while in the company van, which I have the tag number. Hopefully the company doesn't have too many employees that exhibit this behavior especially one towards a potential client.

Rich sent his top notch crew person out right away- same day service and price was exactly what Rich quoted over the phone. Of course, if you aren't in a hurry he can come out and quote the work. Second time, we have used Sprinklers by Rich, and we will call them back again in the future for any needed work. First time, he installed a new timer, and this time he repaired two lines we accidentally broke trying to remove some tree roots. Better to call an expert who can fix correctly in a timely manner instead of trying to DYI. Really professional and pleasant young man he has working for him. He

Sprinklers By Rich is Amazing. They put a whole sprinkle system in for us. He showed up when he said he would. His sons and crew worked very hard. They were polite and explained things when I asked. The crew was very professional. They cleaned up when they were done. The Job was fantastic. We had a little glitch but when I called Rich, he called me back by the end of the day. Rich even stayed in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. What great work ethics!

Sprinklers By Rich did irrigation/sod at the house across the street from us, we saw their van, we liked their work, so we called them. We had a big job for them. We wanted the works; Irrigation, Sod, Jasmine border around the sod, Landscaping, flower beds filled with Lilies, Crotons, pink flowers, and some other plants, and lighting (total of 16 path lights which border a walking path up to the house and 3 beam lights which shine on two Royal Palm trees and a Christmas Tree Palm). It was a big job. I'll admit, we were nervous because a job this big with so many moving parts we felt something

My well and sprinklers were not working. I called SBR and they were able to fit me in within a couple of days which we really appreciated since we recently had new sod laid in our back yard. The morning of our appointment SBR called and confirmed they were on their way. They gave an estimate and fixed the issue right away. Everything is working again! Professional, reliable and reasonably priced- we highly recommend Sprinklers By Rich and his team.
