Abominable [uh-bom-uh-nuh-buhl]
1. repugnantly hateful; detestable; loathsome: an abominable crime.
2. very unpleasant; disagreeable: The weather was abominable last week.
3. very bad, poor, or inferior: They have abominable taste in clothes.
Even the somewhat decent shoes sold here would never be worth the atrocious customer service. This store - owner included - would rather accuse their customers of dishonesty than acknowledge that they have a terrible book keeping system, are incredibly disorganized, and don't have a single policy that is in the customer's best interest.
