Worst experience! The shoes are not the size they say, but they will blame you for not knowing your size because it’s “clearly tagged in the shoe.” The shoe is 2 sizes too small and good luck returning them. They will not take on the cost of returning them even though they are at fault or even as just good customer service. I paid it and they promised that if the next shoe wasn’t right, they’d send me a label and refund me. It wasn’t right and now I can’t get ahold of them. False advertisement all over the place! THEY gave me a discount code and then cancelled my order not wanting me to use it. It stated that the boot was 174 with code. They then stated that I couldn't use the code til Wednesday when the boots are back to regular price which will then make them not the $174 that they have in their ads. Crooks, don't waste your cash. Glad they were greedy and cancelled it. Good riddance

Awesome shoes! I just bought a pair of boots with fur from their store last week. I haven’t taken them off since! The leather is soft and supple and you can see it molding to your foot. The fur also soft and has a nice sheen to it. The staff went above and beyond great service and I will be returning for summertime shoes!!

Very poor return experience. Missed the 14 day window and the manager refused to even let me exchange for a different pair that mighf fit better. I get that at the time of sale it said 14 days, but was expecting to at least get an exchange credit after a bit less than a month.
Too bad because the quality seemed strong. I would have been happy with shoes that feel good. He explained that he didnt want my boots (in perfect condition) to be in stock given winter is ending.

I really wanted these boots that were out of stock. I was told they would be in stock later on. I waited months but nothing. I wanted them bad enough that I purchased them in a half size smaller than I prefer.
When I received them, they fit but the right side was stretched out and had been worn or used. I took photos and emailed them but they have not responded or acknowledged my complaint. I spent over $300 on these boots. One is looser than the other. The leather is worn on one boot vs the other. This leads me to believe one boot was used for display or returned.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! First of all this store CLEARLY does not stand behind their product hence the poorly put together return/exchange policy! You will not get your money back or even an exchange after the shoes have been worn! I purchased a $200 shoe on Saturday and by the end of the night the insoles were ruined! I will be posting pics for all to see!
