Masso's Brooklyn Pie is amazing! Hands down, the best pizza I've ever had in NJ or Philly. It rivals some of the best pizza joints in NYC. The crust is super thin, the sauce is delicious, and they use fresh mozzarella, not the fake b.s. Venetian Pizza is to die for. Lunch meat sliced to order. Prepared meals in the deli range from eggplant to chicken pot pies to meatballs or shrimp scampi.

Staff was so friendly but the food was so so bad. The cheesesteak was like dog food and was watery and salty. The waffle fries were so greasy the bag broke from the moisture. Last the roast beef hoagie was just horrendous. I don’t remember this place being this awful. I will not be going back. Love to support local business but this was so low end quality wise. Beware grill is filthy dirty looking.

Cheesesteak was okay ...also ordered fries with cheese whiz on top again just okay...did not appreciate food being served in a container ...I was staying to eat...also fountain soda was warm with no ice at all in cup...seriously? never again...pizza looked like it was sitting there for hours. Young lady who served us and cooked was also eating in the same area. yuck...unsanitary

Attitude from every employee. Told me it would cost extra to shave the lunchmeat beacuse it takes more time? First time there, never going back. Didnt even order food. And lunch meat is expensive. Dont know what can be seen but the owner tried to tell me it was the wrong store and it wasnt. Also going to add that my friend who did get a hoagie there while i was there said it was disgusting.

Not the same ole deli as before. It's like pulling teeth getting someone on the phone. If you don't order a small they assume it's large. The mozzarella sticks where doughy and frankly tasted half done I didn't ask for onions but I'm assuming everyone puts onions on a hoagie, was just a disappointment. I ordered the tuna fish hoagie and mozzarella sticks.

Do not waste your time. One order was a chicken parm meal with spaghetti. It came without the spaghetti and we were told that you don't get it when you order it. FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! We also ordered a wrap on sun-dried tomato wrap. It came on a white wrap and was not even hot! When we called to complain there was not attempt to resolve the complaint. We were just told you choose a pasta with the dinner but it doesn't come with it and the chef grabbed the wrong tortilla!! We will not be ordering there again and we also will be spreading the word about our experience!!

What a disappointment! I used to go there for lunch when I worked in the area. I was nearby recently and was excited to have some delicious Masso's food.
The pork roll and cheese tasted and smelled funny. The kaiser roll was soggy. My tuna melt didn't have any bacon or tomato on it and it wasn't on a kaiser roll as ordered.
I won't be going out of my way to eat there any time soon.

This is my close-to-home bakery for breads, cold cuts, and some nice Italian goods. Last night, the husband wanted to try their cheesesteaks! He had the steak and I had the chicken. I really enjoyed mine. It was perfectly seasoned and had the right amount of everything, including heat. The husband also really enjoyed his cheesesteak. The bread was toasted nicely and nice and soft on the inside. We also ordered the onion rings and fries. Ugh, delicious!! Funny thing...I turned to my husband and said "Why do I taste bacon? Used their catering services over this past weekend for the first time. They showed up perfectly on time, fully masked up and the food was great. Very nice to talk to, and very helpful. In fact, halfway through my event I realized I was going to need another tray of food and when I called in a panic, they had it to my door in 30 mins. Thank you so much!

Called to send a hoagie tray to a friend's family who had a recent death. While they were highly recommended, I couldn't get through to place an order. After initially being placed on hold, I was then transferred to the deli to place the order. I was then disconnected. I called back and told them I was disconnected and was again transferred to the deli, where I was again disconnected. I called back a third time and told them I was disconnected yet again and I was told they were busy and I needed to hold. I have no problem holding, I do, however, have a problem being hung up three times

Always go there for breakfast. Very disappointed today. Home fries were burnt to a crisp. Service is good but food has been getting worse each time I visit
Well they outdid themselves. Decided to try one more time for the breakfast special. They no longer have homefries. They use hash browns now. And of course they were burnt too.
This new owner needs to just close down.

Found Masso's while looking for food after we took the kids to Diggerland. Very glad we did!

Placed an order for takeout, which was a fairly large order and was quoted 35 minutes which I thought was awesome. After 1.5 hours I called to check the status and they said that it was a little busy but it just left. After another 35 minutes I was assured it was on its way. So 2 hours and 5 mins for 8 cheesesteaks, fries and onion rings!?!? And the steaks were all roll and barely any meat. The flavor was good but nothing earthing shattering.
Not sure why they would quote 35 mins if they knew they were that busy or at least be honest with customers when they call. Also there was no attempt

Well this place is alright with me. That's right with me, not to me. It's my go to when I want nothing else. It can be greasy, but delicious! The deli sandwich is really good with all the spices. They got my roll wrong, but it was still tasty! I've had the shrimp basket...oddly enough that wasn't so great. I think it was the grease to be honest or that I was pregnant then... who really knows. But I've had other things, HELLO I keep going back and yes I know what my 'check-ins' say. Sometimes it doesn't always work for me.
