A full home inspection is the most common inspection type. It is a top down detailed examination of the physical structure, operating systems & electrical components of your home, from attic to foundation. Drone assisted Wind Mitigation inspections give Cliens discounts on their Insurance costs, and consist of inspecting the wind-resistant features of your home.
Commercial Property buyers need to do careful analysis before making a commitment. We do the Recon on your Properties to ensure that you are investing in a properly built & maintained structure. Top down interior & exterior inspections provide you with a detailed inspection report that will highlight any and all potential material, cosmetic or structural defects found within the property.

As a Realtor, we rely on inspectors to assist buyers and sellers with inspections that work on a stringent timeline. We called Recon and scheduled an appointment for today, at noon, as time is of the essence. They did not show up, and now their line is disconnected. Now my buyer and myself had to adjust our closing/timeline. Would not recommend this company if you’re on a timeline and need someone professional, and punctual.

We had Vinnie and Jim do a home inspection for us. They were responsive and did a comprehensive inspection with detailed photos. I did not realize I needed a 4-point inspection and asked for this report. Jim quickly assembled this report and got it to me within hours. They really care about making their customers satisfied and ready to answer any questions. I'm a happy customer!

They inspected a home we were buying, missed so many items. After closing on our new home we found roof leaks, bad electrical wiring, doors and windows that did not open or close right, back up sewer, told us we had a 200 amp service and its only a150 amp service, was told we had 12 inches of attic insulation and we have less then 6 inches, was told the counters were perfect, but there are multiple scratches chips and loose formica. Was told that the main shut off of the house was fine, however the handle for the main shut off is completely rusted off and impossible to shut off. Do not hire them

Would give 0 stars. They said they did a scope of our plumbing and not even less than 5 months into owning the home the plumbing in our bathroom started to back up, we hired a plumber to come look and he used a drain scope and went through our bathroom plumbing and found a bunch of "flushable wipes" and eventually found a spot where the cast iron had rusted shut. Then not that much later we find out our kitchen plumbing is almost all done illegally... The plumbing under the sink is an absolute tragedy and the drain for the sink is going strait I to the ground... All of this stuff would have been
