Ken did my wind mitigation inspection in April 2021. My appointment was scheduled quickly and Ken was very polite and punctual. Even took the time to explain what steps I should take to help lower my HOI cost. I'll be contacting them soon to do my 4 point home inspection to get a better insurance rate. Thank you very much!

Happy Home Inspections performed a wind mitigation inspection on my home before I purchased it. Two years later, I called them and asked if I needed another inspection to get a new insurance policy, and they informed me that the wind mitigation report should be good for five years. The lady I talked to was amiable, helpful, and sent me the files via email right away. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

We contracted Happy Homes Inspections to inspect a property for which we bid. Their representative was very pleasant and professional. He was very thorough. Most importantly, they give a very nice binder documenting all details of the report (including photos) that also has tons of useful information for a first-time home buyer on proper home maintenance over the years. They also offer to recommend vendors for various home services. We will, without a doubt, pursue their services in the future.

Happy Home Inspections was the highlight of our home buying experience thus far. Ken is absolutely amazing. He could not have been more friendly, informative, professional, and thorough. All around knowledgeable and simply a pleasure to be around. Returned my call promptly and scheduled an insurance roof certification inspection for the following day. They graciously worked around my schedule and showed up on time. This a wonderful affordable inspection company. The owners are both friendly and professional and arrived on time. Our inspector was Ken, who is the owner of Happy Home Inspections. He was very thorough and took his time explaining the inspection step by step. Over the years my husband and I have bought 5 different houses but this by far was the best inspection. We also received a nice bound report with pictures and descriptions of the inspection. If you want the best for the house you have chosen to buy this is a company you can choose with confidence.
