We were very impressed with Cypress Inspections. Corey Hester was the lead inspector and was extremely thorough and professional. We weren't able to be there personally so we were grateful for such a detailed report with pictures. Even in this crazy housing market, we were able to schedule our inspection quickly and received the report just as promptly. It gives us great peace of mind to purchase a home knowing what minor things to keep an eye on and that all the major items were in good shape. Highly recommend Cypress Inspections!

Highly recommend Greg. As my husband and I could not attend the inspection in person, Greg was able to complete entire inspection and sent us report same day. He also spent good amount of time answering our questions regards to the house. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and down to the earth. Greg was a great inspector to have on my side. He was knowledgable of building codes and was very meticulous with his inspection. He took the time to explain everything and provide recommendations on items (outside of the inspection even). I have more confidence going into closing knowing that Greg looked at my house.

Most of us know there is nothing to like about Lennar Corp (everything is a number to them and the usual response is "we are not going to fix that"). Luckily our construction manager was a standout from typical Lennar crowd and gave us lot of flexibility to work with. I had a great experience using Cypress Inspections to inspect my new home. The price was very reasonable for 3 inspections, and Greg was responsive, professional and extremely thorough. My builder even mentioned how good his reports were. My friend was so happy with Greg’s service, that she referred him to me, and I just referred him to my sister for her new home. The reviews don't lie. Greg is not only a trust worthy person, but he is extremely knowledgeable and detail orientated. He kept us up to date throughout the whole inspection process and took his time. I'm sure some inspection companies line up as many houses as they can to inspect that day, but Greg does one a day to truly focus on inspecting the house. Greg performed an inspection so that I would have a detailed list of most problems for the care and maintenance of my home. He arrived on time and was professional in dress and manner. The detailed inspection took several hours and was detailed. He went out of his way to point out several items that were in need of attention. the complete written Inspection report with photos was received within 24 hours and was a professionally prepared, detailed document with photos. I recommend Greg to anyone who needs a detailed inspection.
