Infrared imaging provides important information relating to otherwise inaccessible areas of a residential building. Infrared detects extremely small but crucial differences in temperature from one area of a house to another. These temperature variations show up on the camera's view screen as "cold" or "hot" spots, which reveal hidden problems that often cannot be detected in the course of a traditional visual inspection.

I had a wonderful experience working with Priority Home Inspection. Matt was very knowledgeable and took the time to not only do a though inspection but also answered questions throughout the entire process. I called Matt and Amy for a home inspection because my roof was leaking water from an unknown source. Matt was more than helpful and offered to come do my inspection the next day. He determined where the leak was and gave me suggestions on how I could mitigate and stop the leak. Priority Home Inspections has my highest recommendation. Thanks for the help Matt!

I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the service provided by Priority Home Inspections. The granular nature of their inspection and the level of comprehensive detail in the report they furnished were far and away superior to other home inspections we've had in the past. They found things that, quite frankly, I feel silly not having found on my own (such as lack of a cold water hookup in one of the bathrooms). We didn't pursue the house in question but will happily use Priority Home Inspections on the next one.
