The people here are really nice. They are hospitable and make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Blair uses very nice equipment..... However, when it comes to billing, I had such a horrible experience. The very young woman who pulled my insurance somehow tried to charge me off of a previous insurance from an old employer that had been expired for a whole year. They tried to charge me way too much money for my exam and my contacts. I left and did not go back to get a supply of contacts, so I never received any products from them, yet they chose to bill my insurance anyways! (The correct one since they

I love the new machine that let me actually see inside my eyes. It was amazing! It gives me great peace of mind and Dr. Ball explained it clearly. He is patient and thorough. If I have a concern, it is handled quickly and efficiently and I appreciate that. I have a life and I don't want to have to "deal" with office people. Everyone there is professional and genuine. I love them.
