I’ve moved here a week ago and so far it’s been great. Relocating to the East Bay was a huge adjustment for us and finding our new place to call home was nothing but stressful. However, when we walked into Glen Oaks and toured, we knew this was the place we would like to call home. From the tour to the application process, everything went very smoothly. The community manager, Jason was extremely helpful throughout the process. Day of our move in, we did have to wait an hour until we get our keys, which is fine but also not because it threw us off in our move. We had to rush our move because

I see the negative reviews and I’m glad I moved in without reading them first. Because that is far from the experience I had so far. Dope customer service possibly because it’s under new management but nonetheless dope experience dealing with the office. Home is just as it’s advertised new appliances clean and well kept. Quiet community I’m probably the loudest neighbor I’ve met so far. I see the cats but it’s not hell of em. Don’t bother me at all. Overall it’s been a smooth transition and I’m happy I’m in here. The thing I don’t like so far is that their is no public parking

Your apartment and cars will get broken into. This happened to us 3x and management did not do anything about it even if you file police reports and give to them to review cameras, you will just get ignored. Oh but they’re quick to communicate if you owe them money! These apartments are really dirty. There’s mold everywhere. Stray cats live among you. They are on and around your cars and backyards. There’s no where to park at all, ever. Washing machines are always broken. Management is very rude and useless. They are just there to collect checks if you need any type of help with a problem

I am strongly suggest don't chose this apartment for residence. when you are moving in the apartment they are talking with friendly and they have asked the deposit amount. when you are move out they didn't give the give the deposit amount, they are simply says painting charge and cleaning charge and they are talking very rudely.
Apartment wise not looks good lot of cats surrounding not cleaned well in front of the apartment.
