Donald soon left as an owner/partner as the company focus shifted to Single Family New Construction where our reputation for quality and innovation evolved.

This will reset the unit. Next, take the disposal key (an allen wrench left with the unit at final plumbing) and look on the underside of the disposal directly in the middle.

Good value in my mind, the unit I needed would have been roughly half the price they quoted, leaving the rest for supplies and labor. Highly doubt I could have done the job myself any faster, cheaper, or easier.
Outside of that, this was as smooth a process as could be. I called for an quote, within two days I had the number, and within two business days of that I had a new water heater. No fuss, no delays, no surprises.
All in all, I got a nice new water heater, installed correctly/professionally, without having to do more than make a couple calls. What's not to like?

Used WNY Plumbing 2 times this summer (2021). Both times they were able to schedule visits within a week. Mike expertly installed our bidet seat, new toilet and a second hot water tank in no time with no mess.
Can't say enough good things about Plumber Mike: knowledgeable, experienced, pleasant and professional start the list.
