The poor service that is repeatedly demonstrated here is unbelievable. One of my friends is a resident there. On a regular basis they "forget" to bring him meals, and on other cases they deliver a meal while he is at the hospital for dialysis, knowing he will be gone several hours, and when he gets back the food is sitting there cold and stale. They refuse to bring fresh food to replace it. And here is the worst part - several times he has asked to talk to the administrator of the facility, and that person refuses to even come talk to him. This is all just the tip of the iceberg regarding problems

My family member came home after 6 weeks with bedsores, severely dehydrated, blood sugar about 350. He diabetic . Also severe UTI with 4 different bacteria. I think its time for investigation. I dont believe he was getting his proper heart meds. Cant prove that but heart was out of whack as well. Less then 24 hours home he fainted. Called ambulance twice . Took him to hospital that time. Admitted for 3 days. Whats wrong with this picture. I will be making a report. Rick O. total opposite experience for us. He walked better when he went in for therapy. You got blessed

My father was ill for 3 months in and out of the hospital, and a previous , different nursing home was an absolute hell for him.
No one likes nursing homes. This one seems like one of the better ones.
Due to physical and mental effects of an infection, I was almost certain he would end up a permanent resident.
He was difficult to deal with, yet they got him wearing clothes walking again in a few weeks.
The therapy dept. is fantastic.
Dad is back home, living a normal life, back to himself, even driving.
Thankyou River North
