Baldwin beat all prices I found to replace back window on my 2016 F250. He also fixed The Wife's ding in the windshield for nothing! He is a very professional and knowledgable in his craft. I even almost completely cancelled right before the initial appointment time and he completely understood and made my schedule work! I have no plans to hire anyone else for my glass replacement needs and will recommend him to all. Sincerely. Yegor.

Baldwin really helped me out of a jam! I hit a deer the day before Thanksgiving and needed a new windshield. I called Horizon on Thanksgiving day and was surprised that someone answered! I apologized for the intrusion and explained my situation and Baldwin told me he'd stop by on Friday. He arrived in the afternoon and spent an hour or 2 replacing my windshield. He was very nice, personable and very professional. He even helped me with another issue he noticed on the car. I'm extremely happy with his service and grateful for his quick response to a seemingly difficult situation. I recommend Horizon

Hey guys, I had Baldwin come out this morning. Not only did he do a great job with the install, we just had a good time chatting. It's refreshing to have somebody who is personable and doesn't treat you like "another job". I recommend him. He gave me an honest price and showed up when he was supposed to. I plan to use him again on a classic car that i'm working on.
