I’ve been using this place for years. My family needed an honest mechanic on the southwest side of town and we tried here. We’ve been coming here since grandpa was here. I’m huge about who I let touch my car and I trust this place whole heartedly. They are super honest and won’t fix something that doesn’t need to be fixed. It’s like family when you come in here and see Frank up front and Chris working on cars. Even Danny the oil change guy is super friendly. Come here for everything you won’t be sorry.

After giving 5 stars from previous visits and referring this shop to other people, I now have to tell them not to come here. My dash cam proved they didn't do a coolant flush and charged extra for the "special blue Volvo coolant from the dealership." He is seen just topping off the reservoir tank with Zerex brand from O'Reilly. The owner didn't even apologize but instead told me not to return. I guess he hates proof of running a shady shop. I've already reported them to BBB and other outlets. To potential customers, get a dash cam or don't come here at all.

Very dishonest place..Took my Lincoln town car to this place because my A/c wasn't Blowing Cold.
As a previous mechanic and owner of 2 mechanic shops before..I took my car there for a quick A/C Recharge..They Quoted me 145...Car was Blowing Hot air worst than i took in ..Guy said drive it for a couple days ..i took it back and told them it's worst...He called his mechanic he tried to explain to me that it needed 2500 worrh work to get it fixed..i went to Harbor freight bought a vacuum pump,150 some guages 2 cans of freon and 2 years later it's still ice cold...DISHONEST PEOPLE.

My family have lived in Las Vegas since 1996 (when we moved from Detroit) and before R&R, we've taken our car to other shops. One shop was waaay overboard with alarmist tendencies and so tried to scare us into repairs that were completely unnecessary, which ended up costing us hundreds more than anticipated (like a stupid oil flush at an oil change service for a car we just brought over from our second home in Iowa - it wasn't necessary). They are honest and fox the problem ! I went to several bad mechanics so many times in vegas there was always something else wrong with my car so One of my friends who is a mechanic in AZ he told me to go to R and R. Wow they are so honest and fixed the problems I had. I highly recommend them. They will be my mechanic from now on. thank god I found them and thank you my friend Louie for helping me find them !

I was visiting family in Las Vegas after making the drive from Texas and a after a couple of days in town, realized that my radiator had started to leak. I contacted them, and a couple of days later had a new one, installed, at about half the cost it would have been at a dealership. Their reputation and their customer loyalty are what sent me to them, and my experience is what made me recommend them to my family after visiting.

The mechanics are knowledgeable and professional.
The management is knowledgeable, professional, and honest! Honest to the point where it is almost frustrating to me when I want something done to my vehicle and they proceeded to tell me that they will do the work but I am throwing money away by getting it done on that particular vehicle.

Finally a shop that is honest with their customers! We've been to several shops for different car problems and every issue has been over 1000 dollars. Recently we've had an AC problem that we took to a shop near us (MVR) and they quoted us for 1200. We then took the car to R&R, they did several tests and it was a simple fix!! They didn't even charge us for diagnostics, just helped us w an oil change. We are glad our mechanic friend recommended us this shop.

Pretty much every light came on my car so i brought it in. Everybody was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. Zero stars. Beware of this place!! Came in yesterday for an oil change and left after about 35 minutes. Then my truck started to run weird, so I pulled over and opened the hood and noticed my air intake had been taken apart! And my MAF sensor was unscrewed!! Why would they remove this to do an oil change? Why wouldn't they put it back together? There is no reason. I have to think this was done intentionally to cause damage to my vehicle in order to get me to return to them for repairs. SCAM!! Now I'm left wondering if they even changed my oil? Very shady. Place is run down, dirty.. Not well kept

Was a really good experience, I came in because I heard a squeaking sound on the break so I went to go buy some breaks . And then went to R&R auto. Where SANDRO did my repair and he was like "hey brother your break are brand new". They were honest because they could've took my new break off and changed them and made me pay the fee. But they was truthful, honest and didn't charge me nothing at all not a penny. So their for I will continue to come here to get my services done. Highly recommend!!!!

Hands down the best and most honest group of mechanics I've ever encountered and I'm 55 years old and have had many over the years. I always feel comfortable when I bring my car in because I trust the lead mechanic Christopher and enjoy carrying on a conversation with Frank who's up front. I bring my car in for all my fluids and mechanical needs for the last 6 years and have yet to be disappointed! These guys are great give them a shot and you'll become a happy and loyal customer just like me.

I came here based off of a recommendation. I appreciate them being honest in what needed to be done and the labor price was reasonable, unlike the part I needed. I ended up waiting a bit to contact dealership to find out it was still under warranty and even a recall so I ended up not needing their services, but I appreciate the honesty and waiving the diagnostics.

I called R & R as my son-in-law told me there were great people and very honest. I called them in the morning to ask if I could bring my car in to have the brakes looked at because I knew they needed work (the little squeaky noise was gone and now they were grinding and scraping).
I called at 9am and was told by a very nice man to bring my car in right away and they would be able to do the brakes that day. I got there at 9:30am and was promptly greeted and they took my car back and put it up on the rack. I nervously waited for the bad news and in about 15-20 minutes
