I was stuck with a flat tire and my twin 3yo granddaughters. Dante arrived very quickly to my rescue, he was incredibly polite and helpful. He also had a trainee with him who he was explaining everything to along with me. I am most appreciative and impressed with the quick, quality service Dante provided. Thank you so very much!

Dante was very helpful. He can in a timely manner. At first I thought that I needed a tire change, but he was able to out air in my tire due to a slow leak. He was very informative on what to do in case there is another slow leak. I highly recommend him! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Dante was a lifesaver. My daughter locked herself out of her car at the airport. All her belongings were in the car so she could not get on the plane. Dante was there in 22 minutes making it possible to catch her flight. He was friendly and calming in this stressful situation. A huge thank you!

It was EXCELLENT! Definitely beyond what I was expecting. Scheduling through the Allstate app was a breeze. Last time we called a tow truck they came 2 hours later than they said they would. Complete and total disregard about being late when we'd call and inquire when they would be there. Not fun.

Brendan G. Was dispatch shortly after I contacted Snoork Towing. The dispatcher gave me an estimated time for Brendan to get to my location. The estimated time was less than an hour. Brendan arrive sooner that estimated.
He got the flat off the car and the spare on much faster then expected.
Overall I happy with the speed from the time I called for assistance to being able to drive off. The time was shorter than expected.

Thanks to blowing out my front tire while on the road (no idea what it was!), and given how I'm totally hapless when it comes to cars and tires, I had to call AAA Service for SOS...and guess they hooked me up with this towing service.
I called around 4 pm (rush hour!) on I-77, near Tyvola Exit, and I believe Garret of Snoork came to the rescue...well within 1 hour. Even the more surprising, now that I see that this service is anchored in Monroe.
He was friendly, fast and obviously very helpful in changing out the blown with the spare, temporary tire...and I was back on the road within 5

Hello, communication thread was great from AAA to Snoork Towing and I appreciated the updates regarding the timeline of arrival. When Carlo arrived, he assessed the situation with my 2006 Chevy Silverado as the windows were very tightly closed. Carlo was very patient and persistent in his work and it paid off as the lock switch was moved to the open position and my keys retrieved. Carlo is to be commended for his ability and dexterity in working with the items used to open area around the door enough to get the probe inside to unlock the door. Again, Carlo possesses great qualities of patience

Initially contacted Snoork Towing via Yelp to provide services from my home to repair shop of disabled Acura. Snoork Towing owner (Filip) was quick to respond & based on required tow mileage we agreed to price & pickup time. Filip arrived at the agreed time driving a very clean tilt tow vehicle. Filip was both professional & courteous and immediately offered/provided battery testing/jump in event towing could be prevented. Confirming battery was not the problem, vehicle was loaded, appropriately secured, towed & unloaded at repair facility. Snoork Towing provided friendly professional

I LOVE this company. If you’re looking to get towed, stop looking right now and call them. Phillip is an absolute professional from start to finish. I worked in the automotive industry for many years so I’ve seen and used countless tow-truck companies. Not a single one I’ve used before takes the amount of care with the vehicles they are towing as Snoork. I cannot say enough great things about them.
