Called to see if they could figure out if a bigger all terrain would fit on my truck. He helped me on the phone very professionally. I drive over to get a more detailed assessment on my truck. The consulted with me for 20 minutes or so and made sure I was getting the right set up for bigger tires. They got it done while I was there in about an hour. So quick. Highly recommend. Scott helped me every step of the way.

I was trying to pump air for my car's tires, and after numerous attempts at various gas stations (they all were out of service for some reason). I decided to call a local tire shop to see if they can help with this. The front desk person said they can assist and to stop on by. I checked in and they told me to just stop by the designated bay. As I pulled in, the associate, Luis, immediately knew why I was there and went straight to work. They did this free of charge and were really nice about it. The service they provided was phenomenal. All service I've gone here for has been completed without any issues.
Staff is also very excellent about walking you through other concerns they spot on vehicle. They also give you prices for what the parts and work will run as they are servicing it.

I brought my vehicle to Arizona Tire Pros to have a simple repair done to my vehicle. It was an inexpensive repair and I assumed they would try to "up sell" addt'l services. They did. I listened for what I knew was coming and politely declined.
The owner attempted to push forward with "upselling" me. Again, I listened and politely declined. Again, he attempted to push forward. Again, I listened and politely declined.

I was in town visiting when my rental car got a flat tire. I waited for 30 mins on the phone with the shady rental company before their roadside assistance finally answered. They explained that it would be $100 to come out plus the repair or new tire. The tire had a screw in it. I had just a couple hours to get to the airport and return the rental so I called Arizona tire pros and they were able to repair the tire for me in 30 mins! Not only were they fast and professional they also totally hooked me up. They made a pretty stressful situation as good as possible. Thank you!

I hadn't driven my car for a few weeks and it wouldn't start, I got a jump and went to them. They said the battery is fine but could use a charge. They said I may have left an interior light on that drained the battery. They charged my battery free of charge, and I got an oil change, out the door for $20. I had a coupon, they email them a few times a year.
They are so honest, I will never trust anyone else with my car.

I've been going to Scott Omta and his Tire Pros shop for about 7 years now and I keep going back because more than anything, I trust him and respect the way he runs his business. A specific example was a flat tire I got a few years back, I rolled into the closest tire shop who told me it was not repairable, and that the tires I had were no longer in production, and wanted to sell me a more expensive tire. I called Scott, and he confirmed for me they are in fact still being made and that if I was able to get down there, they could give me a tire to hold me over until they had one in stock Monday

I took my 1999 Ford Ranger in this morning to have the A/C serviced and to have a mushy brake pedal checked out. The A/C wasn't blowing cold enough which I did not even realize until I moved to Tempe from Prescott last August. The A/C was fine for the temps up there but down here in 115 degree heat? It didn't even feel like the air was on. Air flow was good out of the vents, it just wasn't cold enough. For the brakes, one part on the rear was broken and another part was cracked so they did an entire brake service on the back. It took about 6 hours and quite a bit more expense wise

This shop is a complete rip off. I went in for an alignment, brakes, and tires. They gave me the wrong tires for my car, told me that my car needed work done that it didn't, missed imports safety issues my car needed fixed, didn't complete the alignment, and didn't complete the brake job properly. I had to go to 2 other shops to get the truth on what my car needed done, and will be driving on the wrong tires because once I drove them off the lot, there are no returns. Do not take your car here, and don't trust anything thing they say or do.

I have been coming here since I moved to Arizona. My first time here they did a free rotate and balance. I came in for an oil change and they didn't have enough of the proper oil. I was cutting it way close to making it to work on time. When the oil was delivered they finished up quickly and gave me a discount for waiting so long. I have bought a couple of tires and it can be a little lengthy at times but they always take care of me. I live right around the corner so as long as I stay in Mesa I wanna I will only use this shop!

These guys are hands down the BEST, most helpful and accommodating mechanics I've ever dealt with! I believe Scott is who helped me out, he was so nice and when I mentioned I would be taking my car next door for a wash after my repair, he offered to drive it over himself and he even told me he took care of my car wash! Unbelievable service! I'm so thankful I found these guys, I'll make sure my family exclusively gives them our business now :) thanks!!!!
