After being introduced to property management through the family business at only 19, I have since become passionate about the career of Real Estate and wealth and property management. After managing my family's properties for years and helping to purchase investment properties for clients I decided to complete my B.S. Degree in Urban Studies at the University of Minnesota.

I tried to landlord myself before I hired Place Property Management. I own a single family home in Minnetonka and got some bad tenants. Aaroosh and his team were able to get come in and help me straighten the place out. They created a list of items that needed to be repaired and had handyman that could take care of it. He found great renters within a month and keeps an eye out for me. For the price this is a great service and essential if you own a property if for the very least just an extra pair of eyes. I've been with them for about 6 months, great service.

I recently purchased a town-home in Plymouth and then had to move to a different state for work. I didn't want to sell because I didn't have much equity and would have lost a ton of money. I reached out to Place Property Management and they took care of finding me a great renter for three years. I'm glad I went with a smaller company that was responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend them if you need property management in the Minneapolis area.

First let me say I live in LA so I wanted someone who could take care of my place in MN. I hired Place Property Management in Jan 2020 to rent my 3BR/2BA townhome in Shakopee. It was rented by Feb 1. Aaroosh (the owner) helped me determine a rental price and then got my listing up quickly. Service was great, but had a few minor issues.
Aaroosh is sometimes hard to reach by phone, emails and texts work a lot better but if you are not used to that kind of communication it might be tough.
They are not a huge company which is nice because I have a direct contact but sometimes if they are busy it

Aaroosh and his team are very easy to work with. We needed to find a renter for our townhouse very quickly and he was able to not only find us qualified tenants, but had it filled before we even intended! He communicates well, and we feel a weight off our shoulders knowing he will be managing our property. He is very affordable and honest. The photographer he uses is also AMAZING! Will definitely continue to use their management services.

My fiance and I have been treated really poorly by other property managers. It's really frustrating when all you are trying to do is get a good investment, but then get taken advantage of.
We did not have this problem at all here. They worked with us, and actually cared. Everything was real professional, and any issues were handled quickly. The best thing is just the communication, they don't leave you hanging.
We get our renter checks each month, with no issue. It's so easy, we wish we would have worked with them longer ago. I honestly recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

As an out of town investor I was hesitant to choose a property manager because of all the bad ones out there. I found Aaroosh and his team and decided to take a leap of faith. They were able to guide me a great duplex in Minneapolis. They provided great in depth info about rental rates and then after closing they also helped me find awesome renters. I’ve slowly added to my portfolio and I always use Aaroosh as a vital part of team. You guys rock!

Because they are small company and very local they can give their clients proper attention. I heard horror stories from other landlords who used the larger management companies like Renters Warehouse.
