Application process was easy. Stephanie was great working with us 5 states away and made everything extremely simple and helpful. Kelly was there to meet us to sign over the keys and made the welcome even better. Ron the maintenance guy was also there to give advice and answer any questions we had. Overall, highly recommend! Home is clean and quiet and in a nice safe neighborhood. We will be staying here throughout our duration here in Sioux Falls.
