High Altitude
Whether this is the first time you've enrolled one of your kids in gymnastics or you're shopping around for a new gym, you're in good hands! Every child is welcome to a free class to see if you like us (we're pretty sure you'll love us). Since opening our doors in 2010, we've looked for feedback from our students and their parents.

If you've enrolled in one of our gymnastics classes, let us know how we did! My kids love it here. My kids are in the tiny tumblers so last year they seemed to switch instructors a lot but this year it's better and their teacher Kiki is amazing!
Services
We inspire change in your athlete by showing them the benefits of hard work and dedication. High Altitude was founded in October of 2010 by two parties: Colbie & Ryan DeJesus and Connie & Dave Collier. It began strictly as a Trampoline and Tumbling gym, but quickly incorporated All-Star Cheer, then most recently Men's & Women's Gymnastics.
If your athlete wishes to come more than 2 times/week, please inquire pricing information by calling or visiting the front office. We have an annual registration fee of $25 for the first child and $20 for each additional child. Our full calendar of classes with times and opening is available below.
Divided into groups for girls and boys, our gymnastics classes help build coordination, confidence, and character! Our trampoline and tumbling classes focus on FUN! Kids will be doing cartwheels, handstands and round-offs. For tumblers ages 3 and 4, this class is designed to teach basic trampoline, tumbling, flexibility and motor skills.
Our trampoline and tumbling (T&T) classes teach skills on the floor, trampoline, and the double mini trampoline. They are divided up into 5 parts to ensure your athlete learns the correct and safest methods of teaching. Trampoline and Tumbling focuses on 3 events - including Trampoline, Tumbling, and Double-Mini.
Our Tiny Tumblers classes are for tumblers age 3 and 4. These classes are held in our Tiny Tumblers section where the equipment and mats are smaller to accommodate their little bodies. These classes are designed to teach basic trampoline, tumbling, flexibility and motor skills while having fun. Children will also build self-confidence, learn to interact with others, and follow directions.

I have had one of my kids take classes there. also my grandchildren are in classes there. They are a great gymnastic school from experienced to preschool children. I recommend this school for all levels of experience.

They are great! Fun, nice, hard working staff/coaches. Kept GREAT contact with us informing which classes were available until we found a schedule for both of our girls to be in the same gymnastics class.

Been an athlete at this gym for the last 7 years. All the coaches here are fantastic. I wouldn’t trade my time at this gym for any amount of money the world could offer me.

I have young children and they LOVE going to gymnastics because of high altitude.
I'm impressed by their flexibility and the teachers are very kind and work very well with my kids. The facility is also VERY clean. Their equipment is in very good shape.

They just moved locations and the new gym is super nice! Way more space with more class availability! The coaches are awesome and work hard to help them get their tumbling and gymnastics skills as well as develop important habits and skills. Their prices are much better than other gyms we've looked at. We love High Altitude!

They are extremely flexible with schedules and even offer the chance to make-up classes when missed. My kids enjoy their coaches and seem to really have a good time. I’m not 100% sure skills wise how effective the classes are. It’s almost been a year and I’ve not seen tons of results. It’s also a bit pricey. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives.

I love this place! My two girls were both going and in 6 months my oldest moved from tiny tumblers to a team (bless their hearts for putting up with her) she’s hard headed but coach Ashley does amazing, when my daughter was teaching herself how to do a back flip I thought she’d get hurt so couch Ashley stepped up and did a class to teacher her how NOT to get hurt lol!!! And one of the owners (Connie ) is so sweet every time I’m in there, really the whole staff is just amazing!!! I was so sad that my youngest wanted to stop gymnastics and do dance....I miss the easy breezy bliss of high altitude

This will probably be long so bare with me here. Until recently I had all three of my kids in gymnastics at high altitude. My son went once a week and my daughters both went twice a week. We were enrolled in the gym a little over a year I believe.
Firstly, I brought my eight year old here because of the name: High Altitude Tumbling AND cheer. But apparently they don’t teach cheer any more soooooo....? With that being her ultimate goal it was kind of a waste. All three of my kids did the same routine almost every single day, never learning anything new or advancing their skills or making it into

Excellant staff, we have been to most of the gymnastics in utah and salt lake County and these guys are the nicest while also teach correct form. The teachers are great with the kids and don't ouch them till they get injured like other places we have been too. Love this place and decent price. The only downside is the 3 to 4 year old class doesn't have enough for my already gymnastic oriented preschooler. Just basic movement and tumbling

During the week my kids ask all the time if it is gymnastics day. They love their classes and their teachers. Very accommodating on classes and times. Many different classes to fit you needs and desires. Class sizes are also small to make sure each student gets adequate time.

Started bringing my daughter here for cheer and she absolutely loves it. The coaches are wonderful and they always try to change things up to make it fun. Kadence looks forward to coming every single week and she hates it when we are off for the holidays. I would recommend to anyone!
