Services
Olympus Gymnastics opened in 1993 with eight girls and two coaches. Since then it has grown into the premiere gym for kids to learn and have fun, and where some of Utah's top athletes have been developed! Olympus is a family owned and operated business. Our goal is provide a structured and fun environment where the safety and development of your child is our first priority.

Our tot's gymnastics program helps develop cognitive skills using the left and right brain to help improve body and spatial awareness. Including the development of strong healthy bones, our tots will build their upper body, lower body and overall core strength. Our circuits and tot lesson plans are created to increase coordination and improve flexibility which decreases the chances of injury.
Celebrate your next birthday at Olympus Gymnastics! Each party is reserved for a 90 minute time block in the gymnastics area. We know how to make a birthday party fun and exciting for all that participate! With our awesome staff, fun games, and exciting activities every child will leave feeling like a star.
At Olympus Gymnastics Summer Camps, we offer opportunities for every child to grow and develop in new and exciting ways. Each week will be jam-packed with gymnastics, ninja, fun activities and arts & crafts. ALL children are required to bring their own lunches, drinks, and afternoon snack. Our gym has a refrigerator and a microwave.

Don’t recommend. There are so many kids shoved into one gym the children are not getting the training they need. We loved it at first, but as time went on and my daughter wasn’t learning anything, we quit. They weren’t kind about my concerns and just simply said you have to pay for 30 days from canceling. Some coaches are great. But some have no idea what they are doing. Frustrating.

Not recommend!!!! I signed up my daughter to learn Gymnastics here and paid a month fee (4 sessions). We decided to not send her anymore after her first session because there were so many people there and I didn’t see any kids or coaches wear a mask at this point that COVID-19 cases a lot of goes up, especially for kids. Then I asked to freeze the rest of sessions if it’s possible. or it’s fine for us to paid a month fee, even though we just sent my daughter one time there. I think that I am kind enough to not ask a refund, but The drama responded by them is that we have to pay two month

We love Olympus Gymnastics! My daughter has been a competitive gymnast here for over 5 years and has loved all of her coaches along the way. Olympus is her home away from home and I feel completely safe leaving her in such a good and encouraging environment. Not only has she progressed in the sport but she has learned how to set goals and work hard to achieve them. The girls are supportive of each other and she loves all of her teammates. Olympus has helped her become the strong, talented, confident and happy young woman that she is!

Our 13 year old daughter has been a gymnast at Olympus Gymnastics for 7 years. Watching her transformation in gymnastics has been both impressive and enjoyable. Her coaches are all incredibly experienced, and are always motivating her to give her best effort. She has also been coached for many years by the owner of Olympus, who has created a positive environment that allows gymnasts to thrive as athletes. Olympus gymnastics is my daughters home away from home and her happy place. We moved here over 4 years ago and love it. The coaches are very knowledgeable and care about the gymnasts. They are human so mistakes are made of course. If you have read others reviews on here please know that that is not how 99% of the students feel. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. We have overall been happy here.

We have been with Olympus Gymnastics since my daughter was 4 years old and have absolutely loved the staff and training offered there. We started at another facility whose staff was not well trained and whose facility was dangerous. Moving over to Olympus was the best choice we could have made for our daughter - she has flourished under their care and guidance. Olympus is one of the top gyms in Utah for a reason!

Olympus Gymnastics is the BEST gym in Utah by far!!! We’ve gone to a few with our daughter and you can’t find anything better! Our family drives 30 minutes to attend that gym when there are so many more closer to our house. The facility is spotless clean, they are constantly in communication with the families, and most importantly their coaches and gym staff makes everyone feel so safe. Our daughter has learned SO much since attending classes at the gym and look forward to spending many more years there.

My daughter has trained at gyms in CA and TX. When we moved to UT, both our CA and TX coaches highly recommended Olympus. My daughter's skills and enjoyment of gymnastics have improved tremendously at Olympus. I believe it's not only the quality of coaches that matters but also the environment and culture of the gym. Olympus is amazing on both points! Highly recommend.

Olympus Gymnastics provides an excellent training facility, as well as the highest level coaching. My daughter started at Olympus when she was 3 years old and progressed from rec to their J.O. team this past year, with help from their great coaches. This gym produces amazing gymnasts. Their scores are consistently in the top group in Utah, and the gymnasts have fun! It is a family. After nearly five years at this gym, we couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

In my opinion:
Classes are not bad, but the grump look on the instructors faces are a little discouraging.
Recitals consist of a cash grab by the facility and owners. No organization, no program, no place to sit (parents sitting all over the equipment, mats, etc. Christmas recital/program or whatever it was called was dismal and disorganized (again all the instructors faces were grump/pissed). Outfits had nothing to do with the holidays (music did). Instead of going on and on, let me sum it up. Poor to fair experience with this facility... putting my kids back in dance.

Fast forward 8 months and she is still in the same class. I asked the office manager this morning why my daughter hasn't progressed and the woman found that my daughter's teacher hasn't written a progress report in 5 months. This is supposed to be done monthly, which then informs the school if a student should move up a level. To find this lapse of reporting is frustrating. I have been associated with Olympus Gymnastics for 10 years. My daughter was a gymnast here. Ryan was her bar coach and helped her get a full ride gymnastic scholarship to Oregon State University! Her college coaches told me that Olympus is one of only a few gymnastic gyms in Utah that they come to look at to recruit new gymnasts. During her college career, she was welcomed back to work out during the summer and times when she was back in Utah. They are an amazing gym with great coaches. Their recreation program is set up for success with options for girls that really want to follow the gymnast

This gym is seriously the best training for your daughter in the state of Utah. Don't go anywhere else. My daughter has been training here for 6 years and I could not be more impressed with the facilities and the coaching! Their team program is phenomenal and they are building up their Tops/Hope's/Elite program very quickly. I am amazed at the growth of this program. Thank you to Olympus for being the best of the best!
