Services
This class teaches toddlers everything to give them a jump in life- gross and fine motor learning skills, coordination, and of course interactive play. This class involves parent participation and encouragement. This is a great opportunity to bond with your child and give them special one on one time.
Our developmental program is second to none. Along with developing a passion for learning, Gymcats kids also learn to overcome obstacles. Through steps and progressions, coaches and kids will decide on small, reachable goals and keep a longer term goal to strive for. Basic techniques are taught and perfected at an early age.
Beginning Tumbling: (1 hour classes) Ages 6 & up - Tumbling classes focus on the Floor Exercise event in gymnastics. Although most participants are learning tumbling for cheerleading or dance, this class is designed for anyone interested in learning basic tumbling skills. No experience necessary. We will work toward learning walk-overs, back handsprings, front handsprings and aerials in this level.
Gymcats is always seeking great people to join our staff! If you love kids and teaching, are hard working and conscientious, Gymcats might be the place for you to work. It is very rewarding to boost kids' confidence and give them a positive, safe place to learn gymnastics. We have an excellent staff that is great at training our new coaches on how to teach progressive gymnastics skills, spotting, class management and safety!
Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques. A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the NinjaZone creed. Children advance and learn at their own pace.

We love Gymcats! My 6 year old daughter has been going to Gymcats for about 6 months now and we have been very pleased with the experience. She starts on an Xcel team this month and we couldn’t be happier with the progress! The customer service is also quick and amazing! Can’t wait to grow and learn more with Gymcats!

We haven't done any of the gymnastics classes at Gymcats, but we have used the date night before. You do not have to be a member of Gymcats or be signed up for any classes to utilize the date nights. Date nights are every Friday night from 5:30 to 10 PM. If you are not a member of Gymcats it is $30 for the first child and 20 for the second child. However if you pay the $50 registration fee that is good for one year it brings the price down to $20 for the first child and $10 for each subsequent child. Date night also includes pizza and a movie for the kids. My kids enjoyed getting to play on

We love Gymcats. It has helped my daughter progress so much. We love the environment, and also her coach & coaches that she has worked with. We’ve been attending Gymcats for quite some time. My 14-year old son decided a couple of months ago that he wanted to try gymnastics. 😳 After looking around at other gyms along the Wasatch front, we decided to go with Gymcats due to their great boys’ recreational gymnastics program, their smaller class sizes and the staff’s extra efforts to make sure my son was in a class that fit his abilities. The coaches have been really great about giving him individualized attention so he could make a fast start. My son looks forward to his class and open gym every week. Thanks, Gymcats! 😁

My 6 year old boy had a birthday party at Gymcats last year and everyone loved it. It was a safe and fun one for every age. I can definitely give their birthday parties 5 star.
However, I went in last week for an open gym and the wait was terrible. The lady who was helping check in seemed to struggle.
I waited in line for 20mins with my kids and ended up coming back home without letting my kids play. A couple teenagers in front of me seemed frustrated too as they couldn't find the website to sign the wavier and make separate payments with cash and credit card.
I hope they will improve it

I LOVE Gymcats!! Both my daughters have been going for almost 2 years! My oldest is on team and she loves it! The coaches are great, the management is easy to work with, and I'm so glad that we moved them over here! I used to be a gymnast and have high expectations for coaches and I have been extremely pleased! I love that they also do parents night outs! We LOVE taking advantage of that.. We also love the open gym and the birthday parties they do!!! HIGHLY recommend :)

We love Gymcats! We have spent time at other gyms and while my daughter has loved her time at every gym, she has had the best experience at Gymcats with teammates. They are supportive and kind to each other. The coaches have been wonderful. I can talk to them anytime about what she needs personally and they will do all they can to help her succeed. Her improvement has been incredible the last year and that is because of kind and caring coaches that listen and explain skills to her in a way that works for her.

Edited—— this gym is not what it used to be. They used to have a great coaching staff for the teams and unfortunately the no longer do. They lost a lot of great coaches at the beginning of 2019 and have hired a bunch of teenagers to coach. Unfortunately these teens have very little if any training and have no patience. The gym is fine for little… kids if you can get an adult coach but not for teams or jr high/high school children.

My granddaughter has been attending Gymcats for several years and she loves it. Debbie seems to really care about the girls and wants them to do their best always. I watch a lot of their practices and go to all the meets. I see a huge advancement in her gymnastics ability and would recommend this gym highly.

The instructors here are not trained well. Half the time your child will be standing around. Ever since management changed this has become the worst! It is expensive and you DO NOT get your money’s worth. If you want your child to learn and grow in gymnastics you are better off going elsewhere. Your child will not grow as a gymnast. BEWARE of this place!

My daughter has been at Gymcats for over a year now and loves it! She has had many different coaches that have helped her progress. They are amazing and all do a great job connecting with their students and keeping class organized. I love the facility and the great viewing area for parents. I also love that its affordable and close to home!

We LOVE to have parties at Gymcats! The staff is great, they even help with set up and clean up. There is a separate party room for cake, ice cream and gifts, and the kiddos love using the gym equipment. The foam pit is always a favorite! I've had two parties here, and have another one planned this summer. Thanks Gymcats!

We started at gymcats 8 years ago. We moved and life got busy. When my kids started asking to take gymnastics again we came back because I love gymcats. We love the staff and the environment. I haven't met one coach that doesn't genuinely care about their students. I've chose to do their preschool gymnastics rather then put my 3 yr old in 2 years of ore school. ❤️

We love GymCats and what it offers children for recreation gymnastics and Xcel competition. We have been attending GymCats for six years. We have seen many coaches come and go, including the owner. But the philosophy of building skills and self-esteem in a child has remained.
The anchor of the gym is Kim Graham. We have had her as a coach on and off for six years. I have never seen any coach who cares more about the gym and the kids she coaches than Kim. My first experience with this gym is Vanita the receptionist. She is so warm and friendly and her voice is the cutest! She made me decide to drive from 30min away three times a week . I always appreciate seeing her with her smiling face!! I noticed one teacher right away Miss Kim and knew I needed to find a way to get my daughter to her class. I could see that her kids were a lot more developed and doing more difficult things. I also appreciated her getting down with the kids and encouraging them to grow. She really cares about the improvement of her kids.

Do not trust this company with your bank info. They are completely careless. I'd be giving 4/5 stars for the classes, but I am giving a generous 2 stars based on my experience with continuous unauthorized charges to my bank account from Gymcats and their lack of resolving these issues. The first charge was semi-understandable...they auto-enrolled my daughter in the next session and claimed they sent out an email (though I did not receive one). We were moving out of state and couldn't participate in another session, so I apologized for the miscommunication and asked the owner to refund

I wanted to give a shout out to Gymcats! With a special shout out to Kim and Laurel! We have been with Gymcats for 11 years. When they moved to their current location, which is farther from my house than their first location, I looked into other gyms. I decided to stay with Gymcats because their policy is for the kids to LEARN gymnastics and to LOVE gymnastics! If you child wants to do it for recreation, they can! If they want to compete, they can! So many gyms push their athletes so hard and they burn out, but that is not Gymcats' philosophy and I hope it never changes. I also love that they start

We have been going for almost 2 years now and we love it! We love working with "Miss Laurel". She pushes her students to perform to their best while respecting their limits. My daughter has shown consistent improvement. I love the personal attention she receives and her training is tailored to her strengths and weaknesses. Small class size and a big gym makes for the perfect combination. The instructors are willing to work with our schedule. It's so conveniently located! I can't wait to start my son in a couple months.
