Participation in gymnastics helps children become physically active, and stay fit and healthy. Taking part in any exercise significantly reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes in adulthood.

As of 2010, one in three children in the United States was overweight, and the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports states that "encouraging moderate and vigorous physical activity among youth is important, " as the habits learned as a child are often carried through to adulthood.Regular participation can teach children how to live a healthy lifestyle, and remain involved in the sport as they grow up.

Elevate Gymnastics is a family owned gymnastics facility in Eagle Mountain, Utah. Founder Preston Thygesen's vision for Elevate Gymnastics began in late 2018 after he moved his family out to Eagle Mountain from West Jordan. Preston was already helping many gyms in Utah in many aspects from the business back end to up front imaging for the past 15+ years.
We work with a very wide variety of students. We have kids as young as 18 months, to kids with special needs, to ex-gymnasts that would like to polish up their skills. As a USA Gymnastics Member, we align with the USA Gymnastics philosophy of "providing a positive learning experience for those interested in gymnastics."
Sweet Peas Educational Gymnastics is designed to promote physical, social, and cognitive development in children 6 months to 5 years old. Early childhood provides important windows of developmental opportunity. Basic components of a child's neural development are genetically coded, however, trillions of finer neural connections are unprogrammed, and they are heavily influenced by enriching early childhood experiences.
Our Girls Recreational program provides a fun way to get your child active, athletic and focused. We offer multiple classes for children of all ages and skill levels. Girls progress through six recreational skills levels and than have the option to continue on to our competitive team. All classes are 50 minutes, once per week and include a warm-up, rotations on beam, vault, bars, floor and trampoline and end with a game!.
We all want the best for our children; the influence that will allow us to continue shaping them into confident, capable people. At NinjaZone, we've crafted a program to give children the skills and confidence to continue learning and developing. A child's progression is determined by their own pace, handing them the tools to shape their own experience.

I’m giving this 2 star because I’m split between the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their work. Everyone here is great with children and are able to adapt their teaching styles to the age group nicely. But the teaching portion isn’t there. My child isn’t taught how to properly perform various gymnastic moves. She isn’t taught when she’s not pointing her toes, how to properly do a back bend, etc. They set up stations and each child spends a couple minutes at that station. The coaches try to help, but it’s extremely limited and doesn’t seem to be bettering the students

My girls have been taking Tumbling at Elevate since July and I’ve been so impressed at how quickly they have improved their skill. This is our first time doing tumbling/gymnastics and I’m excited to watch them progress. I’ve been impressed with their coaches and how positive they are.

All 3 of my kids are currently enrolled in classes. They love them. It gives them goals and things to work towards. Any time I’ve had a question, I’ve emailed and always received a prompt email back. They’re great.

My son and daughter love Elevate. They have such great coaches that are willing to work with your child on their skill level. I have loved watching my daughter get better at her skills, and my son is just so pumped for Ninja class all the time! The ninja instructor is awesome! He has so much energy with the kids, it really helps pump them up! And the gymnastics instructors are great with corrections, and also encouragement! Definitely recommend!

They are really running a tight and professional program at elevate. My kids have really boosted their confidence and coordination. My son is deathly afraid of heights and in just a few lessons he has done things that I never thought I’d see him do. One thing I do find annoying is all the little fees they throw on top last minute. I had a full expectation to pay the monthly fee, but then I had to suddenly pay a $30 annual fee and a separate fee for my sons ninja costume. If those fees had all been included in the monthly cost (net same cost) it would’ve been fine but it often feels like a company
