Transfer Title Agency (TTA) was formed in 1967 by the partners in the law firm of Skidmore & Hall, L. Thomas Skidmore and Ronald H. Hall. Today, Robert Skidmore and Lee Skidmore are the owners of the company and Rob serves as president and Lee serves as general counsel. TTA has a longstanding relationship with the Chicago Title and Trust Family of Title Insurers.
