Furry, Executive Vice President, started his career in commercial banking with a niche in real estate and has been in the title business since 1995.

The worst title agency I've ever used the President Deborah was very disrespectful to my team along with all parties involved. She wasn't responsive and I wouldn't want anyone to use a company that doesn't really care about the people they're serving.

I’m in the real estate industry heavy and came across this title company because my team was told this company works fast and seamless. If I could give no stars I would. Debra and Dave are unprofessional. They will not close your deal. They gave up on our deal because they said they didn’t have the time to get it closed.

Used their services three times in one year to buy two homes and sell one. Was able to purchase our home from a For Sale by Owner with their excellent guidance and no broker involvement.
A family wife & husband business with a staff that is treated like family and treats their clients like family. Deborah is an attorney and David has a banking and real estate background. Ask a question and you get a detailed, insightful answer.

Used different title agencies before and I received the worst customer service through Northern title, i would not recommend them to anyone..The owner/president Deborah Furry was very rude and unprofessional, she should not treat people the way she did, does not respond to calls, she was not helpful at all, it seems like she does not put any effort or have any compassion towards her customers. They don't throughly do their job. If you are looking for professionalism do not expect it from this agency.
