I have had the pleasure of working with Laurie and Consumer Direct on (4) Real Estate transactions. Her professionalism and knowledge made these a very non complicated event. I have referred her to several of my close friends and their feedback has also been complimentary.
I read the reviews and am not surprised your clients feel the same about your services. Yes the sale of a home is an emotional event but so is surrendering 4-6% of your sweat equity with a Realtor commission.
I find it interesting the (1) negative comment comes from a frustrated Realtor who feels you need to be Harvard Business

Laurie at Consumer Direct Title is one of the best! This is the 4th house we sold through her, “For Sale by Owner”. It is incredibly easy and her knowledge, support and professionalism is superb. She gives you all the information you need to be a successful Seller. Her knowledge and efficiency during the closing process is exceptional. We sold this house solely by listing it on Zillow, although for a minimal fee, a house can be listed on the MLS. Why not sell your house FSBO, when with minimal effort, you can sell it yourself and save $10-20K!!! Thank you Laurie!

Seems like a scammer, presenting herself as a licensed real estate agent when she's not - which is not allowed. Sends out an entire packet talking about how she can put your house "on the market" WITHOUT an agent, but then apparently actually REFERS you to an actual licensed real estate agent/broker for cheap. Nowhere on the literature does she mention she'll use an agent, but instead makes it look like she will actually be listing your home.
It's a deceptive hook and clearly a desperate attempt to get business. If you have to resort to deceptive tactics to get business, you might need to reconsider
