"During the closing on the sale of our old house my wife and I had a very trying and stressful experience. Long story short we were mislead to believe that the home we intended to purchase for our family was in fact available and a closing was imminent. Shortly after we signed our previous over to finalize the closing, we were informed that the house we planned to move into would no longer be a possibility due to substantial liens and tax related issues that were not communicated to us throughout the process. Thank goodness Andrew and his team at Resource Title handled the sale of our former address
