I want to start with the positives of this apartment complex.
-Levi on the management team was always amazing and really helped us. I want to give him a shout out, he was great.
-It felt safe there
-It is a really pretty complex, inside and out
-They kept the grounds really clean
Negatives:
-For how nice the complex looked and how expensive it is, it was built quite cheaply. The walls were super thin. I understand there is some noise expected in an apartment but with my room near the stairwell I got woken up anytime someone went up or down the stairs. It sounded like a herd of wildebeasts

Office staff except for Levi are extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time you go to the office it seems like they are very annoyed to see you and they don't want to help. My wife called the office with serious concern and the response from the manager was "we have other issues that we are dealing and there nothing much we can do". As a result of that my sister lost her job. Apartment is very nice I hope they would hire some nice office staff who are willing to help their tenant. They are forgetting that they get their pay check from their tenant and they should go out of their way to help

I love living here! The apartments are very comfortable, and the clubhouse is great. Once the pool is finished, the clubhouse will be a great place to have an event or just relax. I've really enjoyed using the gym, and I study down at the clubhouse quite a bit. Personally the location is great, as I'm only about 15 minutes from downtown, but we're right next to I-81 if you need to commute a bit farther. Highly recommend living here!

The Retreat has all that you are looking for in terms of a luxury-style apartment living. Newly built infrastructure as well as brand new appliances are a must see! Stop in to see Katie Thompson, leasing agent, today for a tour. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. She will go out of her way to make sure you have exactly what you need regarding answers and living arrangements.

Since the first day we moved in, we have had an incredible experience with The Retreat. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, and dog park are wonderful, but the real gem of the property is the staff. They are so kind and helpful in any situation and truly work to make you feel at home in this little community. Thank you so much Amanda, Katie, Erin, Dwayne, and everyone else at The Retreat!

Fantastic staff to work with and great new facilities. There is construction to be aware of, but they are very conscientious about not working on weekends or after business hours. The clubhouse and gym facilities are very nice. This is one of only a few places in this area that are truly non-smoking and have never had smoking buildings, which is a great benefit. Highly recommend.

In moving here just a little over a month ago, the apartment has a modern style. The plank hardwood flooring provides a nice upgrade to apartment living. The kitchen counter allows for the use of bar stools and other house amenities that you would find in a house instead of an apartment can be found. The property managers have been helpful in getting everything in order.
