We got word that the company we rented a bounce house through wasn't going to come through at 5:30 pm on a Sat and our oarty was the next day. At the very last minute of panic, Mikes Moonwalk came through with a bounce house for my 3 yr old's party. The price was great, the instructions for set-up were simple and the kids had a great time in the castle bounce house, which was super clean.

Will not use them again. Save your time and money. Poor service and bad customer service. Just bad experience overall starting with the bounce house ending up on the floor and then the guys that came to pick it up, one of them was very rude. Didn’t even get my credit which I wasn’t planning on using anyway. Buy a bounce house for the price they offer. I should’ve done that.

Great service and great product. I didn't check the delivery range when I ordered, and Mike did everything he could to make the drive to pick up the bounce house reasonable. Since he knew I was driving far, he even gave me flexibility on when to bring it back, with no extra cost. The guys who dropped off the bounce house were super nice and very professional. The bounce house itself was clean and just glorious. My son and his friends spent literally all day in the bounce house, and he still asks about when we can play in it again, nearly two weeks after his birthday.

I was just at a local microbrew in Upton MA where Mike and his food truck were located for customers to order food prior to getting seated at the outside beer garden..while approaching the food truck I was told to order quickly as they wanted to pack up and leave.? I wanted the chicken fingers but was told I could not order anything fried so I ordered/paid for 2 hot dogs. We moved to our table and ordered a beer waiting for our food to be ready. We rented from Mikes In the month of August 2020 and let me tell you that we will be renting again. Great price for everything that we got. He even gave us extra Stuff at no cost. The guys that came to deliver and set up were very nice and friendly. There is an on call number you can call if anything goes wrong. Mike and his crew at Mike's moonwalk Rentals are as good as it gets! We've used them for the past 3 years on summer camps and they are always on time and deliver an awesome experience. They have a great selection of bouncy things and are very helpful in suggesting the best items for an event. Their equipment is always clean and ready for fun. I also have appreciated how professional, hard working and flexible the crew of guys are that support the equipment.

I wish I could give Mike's Moonwalk Rentals more than 5 Stars! We had a Surprise 60th Birthday for my dad this last Saturday and I have to say how incredible Mike's Moonwalk Rentals has been. My mom thought it would be super fun to have a casino themed party for my dad, because he loves poker and enjoys casino tables, so I went looking for a casino vendor.
