This review is overdue I should've wrote this back in December 2019 but I just re-came across the documents. Me and my mother had rented from them for over three years and when it was time to move out they charged us ridiculously on our security deposit. They charged us for built shelves and curtain rods that were already installed before we had moved into the home. We had had verbal discussions with the owner and thought we had a good relationship. Their website states for HOA management, they come to every board meeting.This is not true,they only come to 4 per year.
