These guys handled my closing for a refinance. I would never recommend them again. Since it was a refinance, it should've been easy - however these people actually never did what they say they would do. They called me on the phone regarding closing. I asked for the documents upfront so I can review it and have an idea of the overall docs PRIOR so we can shorten the face-to-face in regards to COVID. Never got that email. So okay handle everything the day of... no problem. Just very inefficient.

Oceanview title agency was my buyers title company on my house in 2019. They mailed me the title receipt today with my Social Security number and all my information exposed through a cellophane window on the envelope. Not only was my address incorrect but the sale address was as well. When I called the office to express my concern about the type of envelope being used for sensitive documents the office clerk was extremely nasty on the phone and eventually hung up on me.
