After gathering estimates, I decided to go with Pena Roofing for my roof replacement because Bryan, one of the co-owners, offered the most comprehensive walkthrough of the roof in addition to competitive pricing. Many of the other companies would show up for site visits, but it felt rushed and they didn't really bother to hear my concerns/questions/ideas whereas Bryan took the time to chat through shingle colors, warranties, skylights and unique scheduling that involved my rafters being replaced in between the roof teardown and rebuild. During the job, there were a couple minor differences

I liked working with Pena Roofing company in San Leandro. I did get couple quotes from different local roof companies and their price was the best They were so friendly, and were on top of their project. They explained very good everything in details and he went over all the steps of job and timing as well. They were very professional and they all did the good job. Great work at reasonable prices and very dependable. Recently had my roof redone by Pena Roofing and it have to say they were exceptional. They beat everyones prices and showed up when they said completed the work on time and left our yard clean and debris free. Best work I have ever seen. Thank you.
