Fantastic middle eastern food. I had ordered online intending to pick it up right after work but I got held back for over an hour. I was upset my food would be cold, but they remade it for me without me even having to ask!! They also gave me a complimentary rice pudding which was so kind. The chicken shawarma and rice is very, very good and I am obsessed with the garlic sauce. I will be back to try their tabooleh salad.

Amazing visit every time I come down to Hamtramck. Everyone there is friendly and make me feel very comfortable. The food is just something else, it’s in a category of its own. 10/10!

Just had theeeeee best "fool" with a cup of black spiced tea. I added a few squirts of freshly squeezed lemon juice and that added the perfect balance to the deliciously spiced dish. The tea was perfectly balanced...not too sweet, and not too spicy. I feel really good knowing that I ate food that is good for my body. I will order again soon

Very fresh and delicious! Everything had such a wonderful flavor infusion! I had the chicken shawarma plate with rice and salad and my husband had the beef shawarma plate. Both very flavorful in distinctive ways from one another! And the salad dressing has a unique and delicious flavor too! The homemade hummus is really smooth and creamy and the garlic sauce is strong flavor but mix a little with the hummas and put on the pita bread and it's really nice! Both the mangp juice and pomegranate juice were cool, refreshing, and delicious too :) will definitely return to try more menu items!

While we were.about to order our food a roach made a star Appearance on the counter... in shock while Gagging we dropped the menu backed up and left. Never again.

Best spot in hamtramck. A 20$ combo is 3 meals worth of food and it is so good. Their smoothies are unreal too. Best around.

They are very careless about order. I asked them to give 6 chicken shawarma. Instead of giving all chicken shawarma they gave 5 chicken and 1 beef shawarma . It is my religious restriction not to eat beef. How come they became so careless!!!!

I can see why they get so much love, I am a regular here and have never been let down no matter what i get. Food was amazing, great prices and amazing portion sizes. This is my go to place for authentic middle eastern food, the service was outstanding great guys they have there. My thank you to you all keep up the good work. ❤❤

Highly enjoyed my shawarma sandwich. A word of warning: if you get the 3 item (sandwich, side, drink) lunch special, your side dish is an entire takeout container. I was very surprised when I was handed 2 lbs of french fries with my sandwich! Next time I think I will opt for the grilled vegetables or similar as a side. I definitely do not need that many fries when eating for one person.

The food was good, quick and offered a large variety. Shawarma sandwiches, salads, smoothies, etc. Small store with two tables and a couple of chairs inside, a few more tables with umbrellas outside. Located on a corner next to a gas station - so carry out is the way to go! This place seems to stay busy and for good reason.

Grubhub had a buy one get one free from here. It was on the Shish Tawook entree. With pita bread, rice and salad. I also ordered a large hummus tray. Also came with carrot juice and grape pomegranate juice. The food came very hot and was very delicious. My wife enjoyed her carrot juice. The grape pomegranate juice was very good as well.

Got pickup for an online order, Really good hummus. It's flavorful and smooth. Fast service too, i would recomend.

Don't plan on eating at the cafe. Had a Groupon and went with a friend expecting to be waited on. Really just a carry-out only place (or delivery). Food was very good. Had the salmon ghallaba and fattoush salad both were fresh , tasty and plentiful.

A classmate recommended this and so I had to grab some when I'm in the area. We got a bunch of shawarmas. All of them were so good! Wish this was closer to our place.

This was my first time ordering from Boostan and I was not pleased. I first ordered the Deboned Chicken plate with rice and the rice was severely undercooked, so I called in about it. They were accommodating and offered to replace the rice immediately. I then placed an additional order on top of the replacement rice. I ordered a couple large plates with a fe side vegetables. The plates were fine but one of the vegetable sides was concerning. It had black streaks the rough most of the vegetables which I thought to be grill marks but when looking at other side orders the other vegetables didn&apos

Thank you Yelpers, another great find. Had the chicken shawarma sandwich with a Sprite. Great service, great value, delicious food. Glad I found this little spot as I've been looking for good Arab food. The people working here are awesome too.

I wanted to go to Hello Shawarma but they were closed. I found this place on google and was pleasantly surprised. This is the best shawarma I've ever had. The dressing on the fattoush salad was really good too. I will definitely be back

Just before we hit the road, we stopped here to eat! (So glad we did) the food was delicious and the service was a bonus. It's a little hole in the wall, you just place your order and get it to go! We got a chicken burger + fries and a meal with two skewers, rice, salad, and bread which came with pita bread, and a fresh mango juice! Everything was fresh and warm, devoured our food right outside! I will come back when I'm back in Michigan! Thank you!

Boostan has become that classic hole-in-the-wall place for me when I working in Ham-town. I've yet to have anything bad here - and arguably, their fattoush is some of the best in city; always fresh, with the correct crunch versus salad ratio that is often forgotten in this traditional dish. Stopped here because it has outstanding reviews. Best Falafel I had in a long time. Not sure if the calories because they grilled the bread but MAN!!!! When I put that garlic sauce on it Service was good, fast and courteous.

It's a very tiny restaurant so don't plan to eat I . The only complaint I have is they weren't enforcing CoVid guidelines. 2 customers entered without mask. One out his mask on but the other one didn't. There was a total of 5 of us in the lobby while I waited for my sandwich and there is not enough room in the lobby to social distance.

When you want a shawarma and see 5 stars, you can't believe you could go wrong, right? Well....ummmm.... a couple of things went wrong for me. The first thing was that when I checked in, expecting to get a mango juice for my efforts, I found out that it's only with an order of $20 or more. Secondly, when I walked in and stood in line, I found myself waiting and waiting for a staff person and a customer to finish up a personal conversation. This is a small spot next to a liquor shop, mostly a counter takeout spot. It has a 2 2 top table and 4 top table, mostly food to carry here.

They have complimentary hot tea in small styrofoam cups. Ordered the chicken shawarma lunch combo plate with hummus and lentil soup. I got the Fattoush Tawook salad sans pita. We added spices to the hummus and to my salad. I prefer my lentil with a bit of lemon juice but it's still pretty good as far as taste goes. They asked if we wanted my salad before the chicken shawarma plate, which would take about 15 minutes.
