The genesis of their vision originated from a chance visit to a raw food cafe in Miami, Florida, where Michael and Natalia were on vacation. Michael had been creating raw food dishes at home for a couple of years at that point so the decision to take the next step made sense. With no prior experience opening a restaurant they learned as they went along and were able to open within 7 months.

More and more Americans are adapting a vegan diet. We carefully select the items on our menu to make it easier for you enjoy raw foods. Consuming a vegan diet means eating more fruits and vegetables which could result in health benefits you've never experienced before. Our organic produce comes to us year-round from our main distributor, B&B Organics, and our organic wheatgrass comes to us year-round from Wheatgrass and Sprouts.
