Moved in about a week ago. The place is spacious but upon moving in the place was DIRTY. You’d expect things to be cleaned nicely, especially during this pandemic but guess not. On top of that they were not done letting the paint dry so I found that out the hard way… Also the window is cracked, both toilet handles do not work properly and drawers are broke throughout the house. The foundation is off and this unit should not have been used until further renovations. The parking for visitors here is beyond ridiculous. 2 days upon living here my boyfriend visited and his car was towed. $300 to

This place is terrible I moved in three months ago and I want to move out, like now.
I had a great experience with the staff at first they were very friendly and helpful at first,
but once I moved in and started pointing the many things out that were, and are wrong with the apartment they ignored my request.
The door frame was busted and the door would not latch close correctly my dog got out because the door blew open. It took them almost two months to get the work done on that. I had to keep telling them time and time again that it was a safety concern.
The dog park fence is literally falling

They always tell lies about the apartment services
When you come to check the apartment out. They use substandard appliances, they never change your microwave if it goes bad. Very rude receptionist at the office too. I stay here presently. I advice please stay off this apartment home. They are BIG FRAUDS.
