Not only is the apartment complex clean, nice, and modern. New management is amazing. the staff is one of a kind amazing! Sylvia is always there to resolve all my concerns, respond to emails quickly and make sure all concerns & doubts are resolved. Margarito The maintenance men are on top of it and know what they are doing. They come right away. They go above and beyond and always with a smile on their face.

It’s more about Sylvia (landlord) than the place it self. The place is pretty but Sylvia just adds the glitter on top. She the most sweet and helpful person I know! She’s helped me though hard and good moments. She treats you like a family than a person who is just renting out. If your under Sylvia’s watch you can be relaxed, and not worry about horrible surprises that might pop up!

I've had a great experience at Richland Park Apartment. I toured this community with Alicia Ruiz and I have to say the property was impecable. The apartment was stunning and had some great finishes. Alicia sold me on the area and the wonderful amenities. She’s also been quick to respond for any questions or concerns we have. Alicia was nothing but amazing! Thank you Alicia!

This property seems to be going downhill.
The grass grows past your ankles in the back of the property. Weeds grow 2-3 feet tall. But at the entrance of the property it is well maintained.
The “assigned” covered parking isn’t well regulated. Anyone can pretty much park there.
Suspicious people come in at night and park. There is no gate to stop these vehicles.
There is no club house.
The office is only open Monday thru Friday 9-5 and closed on holidays.
