I shop here often but on a recent trip I went through the self checkout…I accidentally mis scanned an item and a cashier stepped up and rudely snatched the item and scanned it all the while acting rude and snobby…so when leaving she asked for my receipt for my water…I asked her why and she said to stop people like me from stealing….I will never step foot in that rat infested place again…why don’t theses people check people out instead of standing around doing nothing but looking for trouble? The prices are high and bad customer service

I went out today to buy some stuff I proceeded to the self check out, after I got my receipt I noticed an extra item charged. I told one of the multiple girls there to help, which none of them did. She told me to go to customer service because apparently there was some issue about that before. There was a long line in order for me to someone help me, I waited there for 10 minutes and the line wasn't even moving. I asked for the manager once he came (Mario) was very helpful trying to resolve this issue, but he needed my receipt which one of the incompetent girls lost it. Honestly I don't understand
