We produce numerous types of homemade sausages, both fresh and smoked, along with many delicious homemade items that draw customers from near and far.
Mulholland's catering continues to grow year after year as more people try and enjoy the products and food that we prepare. We specialize in smoked meats and barbecue, but there are many other items that we make, and make well. Our Pulled Pork and Barbecued Beef are the staple at graduations all over the area, and our Slow Roasted Baked Beans are some of the best that you'll ever try.
Mulholland's most popular Fresh Sausages would be our German Style Brats. Many places make Brats, but we've often been told that ours are the best that our customers have EVER had, from anywhere around the country. Year round, we sell huge quantities of our Swedish Potato Sausage, or Potatis Courve.
As you can see, we make many tasty types of smoked Sausages. All are fully cooked and could be eaten directly from the package, with no heating required. Give them a try and see which one becomes your favorite! We've shipped HUNDREDS of packages of our smoked sausages around the country as gifts for the holidays, and have many people that order sampler gift boxes, or sampler platters with our sausages and cheese for appetizers.
We have many types of homemade salads which are EXTREMELY popular. Our Smoked Turkey Salad is always in demand. We start with whole turkeys, cure and smoke them, bone and dice them, and then add all our special ingredients to make a delightfully creamy concoction that drives people wild. We also make a wonderful Chicken Salad, using all white meat chicken breasts, fresh celery, onions, apples, and other secret ingredients which is very popular.
