I'm very happy with my experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward, as well as responsive. We had an issue with our landlord not returning the security deposit and Michael did everything he could, even initially sending a letter to the landlord at no charge to us. I sent a query to several law firms about a rather simple matter relating to making a title transfer that would be exempt from re-valuation provisions of Prop 13. I got an email response from this law firm - from the owner, not some clerk - that was shockingly off base. Either he didn't read my query or he doesn't understand the law at all. Even I knew his response was just plain wrong, and what he suggested was the opposite of what was needed. All the other law firms who responded to my query understood what I wanted, and I proceeded to get it done with one of them.

I can't thank you enough for Wolder and Associates, as our counsel and arranging the mediation between our Property Manager and the Landlord with regards to our Security Deposit.
We were so frustrated and disappointed with the outcome of our deposit upon receiving the final accounting resulting only to a portion to none remaining deposit. As a tenant we know our responsibility. We took care of the house carefully and we left it as is when we first moved in.

I had a situation that I attempted to resolve on my own to no avail. I felt that my situation was hopeless and I would be forced to "fold" with a very unrealistic insurance company. All I wanted was a realistic assessment from the insurance adjuster. (I'm guessing that insurance companies are NOT about helping victims.) I was literally forced to find an attorney to assist and give the insurance company a "reality check."
