Absolutely best cabin rental company to stay at when in the smokies. This was our fourth time staying with mountain air!! Highly recommended they have something for everyone! We really enjoyed our latest stay at "Hidden Cove Cabin" in February.

Stayed at the cabin "Out on a Limb" and let me just say this cabin was Amazing! From every detail the cabin had to offer to being secluded in the mountains, this cabin was the best vacation I had ever taken.The cabin was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be staying with this cabin rental company again. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is looking for a place to relax and have a good time!

Blessed with a view!! The name of our cabin and it truly was a beautiful view. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. Our cabin was clean and well stocked with all the essential things needed for our stay. Close enough to everything but also secluded and peaceful. We will most definitely be coming back.

The cabin had a beautiful view yet there was a bunch of trash surrounding the deck area from previous tenants. Seems like something the cleaning crew should be taking care of along with the numerous cobwebs and dead bugs throughout the cabin left for us to deal with. And the worst part of all, since we were traveling as a family, the oven did not work and only 2 burners on the stove worked. The customer service is definitely lacking with this company. Not the friendliest and most accommodating. We will not be renting from them in the future.

My wife and I won’t stay anywhere else down here when we visit. The staff are excellent and extremely friendly and understanding. We just asked that a maintenance person be sent out to check our fireplace due to us being unfamiliar with gas fireplaces. We had some anxiety. They sent someone out without any question. He arrived and was awesome, and made us feel safe and was cool enough to even educate us on how it works. This is our 4th time staying in one of their cabins and each visit reminds us why we choose this company again and again. Also the cabins are awesome of course!
